"They were quick to sort bloods"
They were quick to send on for bloods and it was easy to make an appointment.

Very good with appointments and communication. I have no problems with them. Very good.
Thank you for your lovely comments and I will ensure all the team know. We do try to ensure our patients are all aware of changes especially as we have gone full online triage, giving patients flexibility to book their own appointments online, when it suits them. Thank you again Practice Manager
Very good. I book over the phone and get in the same day without any issues. Great staff, reception staff and very accessible.
Thank you for your lovely 5* review, we appreciate you taking the time to review our service, we do try to ensure we support all our patients. I will ensure your comments are passed to the whole team Practice Manager Tudor Practice Stockland Green
I was recently very disappointed to learn that referrals which were discussed in October 2024 had not actually been submitted until April 2025. Following a face-to-face consultation, I received a message in late October assuring me that these referrals would be sent off. However, there was some sort of oversight in the intervening period, which was only discovered when I contacted the practice about having not had any updates. I initially raised my concerns via message to the surgery and received no response. After a couple of weeks with no reply, I followed up by phone call, only to find the referrals had been sent that same week - six months after receiving the confirmation text message.
Overall, this was an incredibly disheartening experience, and I'm not clear on how this was allowed to happen. Nevertheless, the member of reception staff who I spoke to was incredibly helpful, polite and apologetic (despite this issue not being their responsibility).
I have typically had great experiences with this surgery, so this oversight came as a shock and a real disappointment.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I would like to sincerely apologise for the delay in processing your referrals and the lack of communication that followed. We fully understand how frustrating and disheartening this must have been, especially after you were assured that the referrals had been submitted.
It is clear that an oversight occurred, and unfortunately, this was not identified until you followed up. This does not reflect the standard of care and communication we aim to provide. We are currently reviewing the circumstances surrounding this delay to understand what went wrong and to ensure that similar issues do not happen in future.
We also appreciate your kind words regarding our reception staff member, and we will ensure this is shared with them. It’s heartening to know that their professionalism and empathy made a positive difference during a difficult moment.
Once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience and concern this situation caused. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would like to discuss this further or if there\'s anything else we can do to support you.

Not very happy called the surgery at 14.00 was position one know still position one no answer at 14.35 still on phone waiting for them to answer know been waiting 35 mins disgusting. Also they do not allow full access to your online record even though I asked and emailed weeks ago and I still not got full access can only order medication. This surgery as gone downhill
I am very sorry you had a delay in your call being answered, but without the full details of the patient and phone number I would be unable to investigate. There are many reason for the phones not being answered, such as Fire Alarms, or a medical emergency. In regards to your full access to records we have to follow a detailed process before giving the access, which I understand you should now have. Practice Manager
The GPs are great, they really listen and understanding. They are very supportive. I see the same doctor and know them personally. It's a small practice and they get to know you so you get the continuity.
Thank you for your lovely comments and 5* review, I will ensure I pass on your comments to all the team. We do try to support our patients the best we can...again thank you Practice Manager and Tudor Practice Team
They refused to give me repeat prescriptions even though I ran out because I was out of area because I had moved 11 days previously. I only noticed they had taken me off the list when I went on my app and they said they couldn't do anything for me.
We are very sorry you needed to give a 2* review, we always ensure patients have enough medication to last them until they can register with a new GP. We send letters out to the address we have on our system to inform you that you will need to register with a new GP, we also send SMS messages to ask patient to contact the surgery if this is incorrect. If we do not hear from you then the process to remove is started. We hope you have now been able to register with a new GP and have the medication you require.
Reception staff never pick up the phone or reply back to your emails. Poor communication and lack of access.
sorry for the delay in my reply as I have been on holiday.
We are very sorry you needed to leave a 2* review without any details for us to contact and discuss. You mention the phones not being answered when we have a dashboard and can see all waiting callers and they are answered promptly or if the caller hangs up after 5 minutes we do call them back if they haven\'t with held their number... Our email inbox is cleared daily?? If you can call 0121 203 2400 Tudor Practice Stockland Green and let the staff know your name so we can discuss moreof the detail, so we can understand what is going wrong...and to ensure you have the right GP practice
many thanks Practice Manager
They're alright. I don't need to use them that often. I take my daughter there as she has allergy treatment.
Thank you for you comments and 5* review we appreciate your comments and I will ensure I pass on you response to all the team thank you again Practice Manager
Absolutely amazing doctor and nurse there. Amazing and love them to bits. Never have any issues with them. They're an excellent surgery and I am very lucky. I receive a 5 star service every time. The receptionists are great too.
Thank you so much for your 5* review and lovely comments I will ensure I pass these on to all the team Thank you again Practice Manager
Could do better with appointments. Confusing as to whether you ring for results or whether they'll contact me plus I don't want to speak with receptionist to discuss results. They don't know how to translate the results and they get it wrong.
They're okay. They're there if I need them.
Can get an appointment , doesn't take long. Can call at 8am and get through. Doctors receptionist are sometimes rude but doctors are nice.
The appointments are quite reasonable, I normally get offered a GP appointment.
It’s not that hard to get an appointment. As a support worker they offer over the phone and can have an emergency appointment. Have to go down to central GP practice.
I have been registered with this practice for many years. I received wonderful service there and all the staff and doctors have been really friendly and helpful, I can not think of anytime that they have failed me. Sincerely thankful for their kind help.
I am highly satisfied from my GP. Most of the time have to wait for more than 30 mins before seen by doctor or nurse. They should provide free water and Wi-Fi for patients during that waiting time.
I lost my wife three years ago and have been in a bad place since. I am homeless and in need of several daily medications for my pancreatic failure, neuralgia and severe insomnia. I have long term pain medication and if I don’t take my medication I start hallucinating, I can’t sleep for days and have memory failure. I have really awful experience with this doctor, ever since I have been his patient. First time I met him the first impression wasn't good to be honest. He issued me one months’ worth of really strong medication without any medical checks!! I questioned this then, but took the medication anyway. Next time I saw the doctor I told him that I think the medication was too much as I felt I had overdosed, and asked to have reduced dose. However he just gave me same dose so he hasn’t listened to me at all. Recently I was moved to supported housing and I had issue with my medication as the doctor had only given me 1 weeks supply and taken me off their patient list without consulting me. I hadn’t slept for 120 hours and had to call the paramedics for help to get my medication. They sorted it out with my GP so I could get my medication. They were clear it was unacceptable to leave me without medication. I still didn’t get my medicine and had to call 111 again. They called GP and stayed with me for an hour to calm me down. GP promised that medication would be ready by 11 am however when I went to collect the medication it wasn’t ready. The GP told me they had faxed the prescription to pharmacy. When I went to pharmacy they said that prescription can’t be faxed. So I had to go back to GP to beg them to sort this out. It took them so long to sort it. Even the paramedics said that how can something so simple take so long. These issues with my medication have made me highly depressed. I feel I am going to do something terrible. This should never have happened.
