Getting an appointment can be difficult, but I'm happy with the service I received from the reception staff and the dental care I've received.
They're no good. I had to pay for my dentures and they're just no good.
The dentist has told us that they will not have a full time dentist and I have been waiting for an appointment since August Last year. I ended up going to another dentist in Oct as an emergency because tooth needed a root canal, but they said they could only partially do the procedure and that I would have to go to my actual dentist to have the procedure finished. When I went back they said that they couldn’t do the procedure because there would be no full time dentist there. It has since got infected and I am in pain and they have prescribed abx but they are not helping with pain.
I had to go to Tile Cross Dental practice after my temporary dentures didn't fit. They're great, they sorted out my proper ones and made sure I was happy with them. They are really good at making sure I get appointments and usually squeeze me in on double bookings.
