Can never get an appointment since covid. I can phone to book but they say there aren't any appointments so I end up going to the pharmacy or to a walk in.

It's hard to get an appointment and the receptionists are extremely rude. They're not polite at all. If you're lucky you get to see a GP but it's never the same GP. To refer is a nightmare.
I had a 3 month scan there. It was fine.
I can't get an appointment. I went with tingling in my feet and was off balance and they gave me tablets but I don't know what they're for. They used to prescribe a gel but they changed it and now they don't work.
They always delay prescriptions and send it late to the pharmacy. It's very difficult to get an appointment even after calling them.
They're okay. You have to phone at a certain time to get appointments which I think I should be able to phone at anytime as after 8:00am everything is gone and they tell you to call back the next day.
It's fine, I request prescriptions over the phone.
Fairly easy to book an appointment. The app has stopped me booking online so now I have to call them, but it's not that bad.
I had a scan and found out that I have adenomyosis as I have always struggles with painful periods. Its hard getting appointments and the waiting is disgusting. It's getting better though and the GPs are nice. I do now feel that I'm finally getting the help and support I need.
They love to prescribe things and not see me face to face. They do prescribe my repeat prescriptions without any problems.
I saw my GP for a hernia, I have previously had two repairs. He said he would send a referral. A fantastic service.
A very helpful GP and reception team. They always try to help and provide support.
Had appointment for blood test, waited 45 mins over the time given, spoke to reception, replied rudely we are busy you'll have to wait
It's bad. It's hard to get an appointment.
I call early morning for same day appointments so it's okay.
If I needed an appointment I would get one. They're good. I wont see the same GP but will get an appointment which works for me.
The GP referred me onto the hospital for scans for pain management. They referred me quickly and I went for my scan. I then returned to my GP to discuss the scans and they couldn't be found. So now I have to get back in contact with the hospital to get them sent over.
I have not seen my GP since covid. It's always a locum trainee GP. Not happy with the poor service.
I am always able to get appointments with my own GP. The reception team is very friendly and helpful.

They know about my rare eye condition and always give me an appointment straight away. It's a very good surgery.

No good. There are loads of staff behind the counter. I had a liver infection and they left me. I ended up in hospital. They're absolutely useless.

Used to be easy to get an appointment pre covid but it’s much harder now. I phoned up and waited on the phone for 45 minutes. I rarely go, if I am ill I deal with it myself.
Easier before pandemic, following pandemic more difficult to see GP face to face. Staff themselves are fine, it’s just the system that’s where the glitch is. I’ve had telephone consultations the system is if you want face to face appointment with GP you have to call at 8am. You get through but struggle to get an appointment. There is an online system to book appointment, in process of getting that you need to set up to booking application online.
Haven't had many appointments with them but they're generally good. Can get through on the phones easily.
Never any appointment offered or If you get an appointment than no face to face appointment is offered.
Always had a good service by this practice. Sorry to hear some doctors have left. Hope the new doctors are as good. Reception staff on whole are helpful except for one who has been there years and can be rude to patients.
We have been contacting our GP surgery for several months on behalf of our sister who as Bipolar. We need medical assistance now and trying to get an appointment is impossible. They constantly refer back to her mental health, when the consultant told her to see her GP. This is ridiculous!

Not very pro active to increase better health, Does not pick its phone up. Discourages to visit GP. Just ticking boxes instead of finding root cause of symptoms. Different doctor every time you visit.
They provide good service. My previous GP who retired was excellent. The new GP is ok and explains everything very well.
My grandson has only been once for his breathing. Diagnosed with Asthma. Care and treatment good overall.
