"Registering was easy"
Phone at 8am to make appointments to go in. Haven't tried online. Haven't gone in yet but they were nice over the phone and registering was easy.

The doctors are good and the receptionists are friendly and helpful. It does get very busy at the surgery and appointments can be difficult to get.
My experience of The Park Medical Centre has been very good. The doctors are good. The receptionists are helpful. It does get very busy and appointments can be difficult to get. There can also be long waits for appointments when you attend the medical centre.
It's hard to make an appointment. If you have a cough they don't want to see you they will speak to you over the phone. They sometimes refer you on and that take a long time.
The GPs are very supportive and always help but receptionists do not have any manners.
During my wife's pregnancy they provided excellent care, support and information.
It's hard getting appointments and you have to go on the NHS app to go through that. If you call they wont answer or try and tell you to go on the app.
I called for an appointment. Went there and had a severe earache. The GP said they didn't treat it there and sent me to a pharmacy where I would be able to get help.
Everything is good here.
The surgery is very good. I have regular blood tests and annual reviews. Appointments can sometimes be hard to get but they refer me to a more appropriate service where possible.
The referral came through quickly. I was able to book an appointment easily and they saw my mom quickly face to face. They sent a referral which came through for 2 weeks later. She was happy to go.
Recently registered with them. It was good to register and they were helpful.
The service has been good. Good with appointments, referrals. Sometimes I do have to chase the admin side of things.
Very rude reception staff. They don't have any customer care skills. They need proper training.
It's sometimes good, sometimes bad with appointments. I call and they say there aren't any and to download the app. I couldn't do it and I went in and the receptionist wouldn't help me. I said I needed an appointment and she then helped me to download it on my phone. Since then I have been able to get appointments on the app and it's much better.
Communication between GP and hospital is not great. They send letters and I haven't got the time to read them. It's also hard to get an appointment with them. I just think major improvements are needed.
Phoned GP at 8:32am – sorry call cannot be taken – try again later. Tried again & couldn’t get through. Finally got through at 2pm. Went to surgery at 2pm tried all morning for repeat prescription and asked for doctor to give face to face appointment. Phones are ringing and receptionists will not answering while was there. Struggle to see doctor face to face. Waiting for OT appointments for 3 months. Just sent a referral form to send to stetchford.
Long waiting times and poor communication. They don’t answer phone.
Getting past the receptionist, they always ask what is wrong. Well if I knew I wouldn't be calling. I tell them I want to speak with a doctor. Getting to see a doctor is dreadful. How can a medical professional diagnose you over the phone, they need to seen you face to face.
My child had tonsillitis and the doctors would not prescribe medication for it. I went three times to the doctors and each time they told me the same thing. My child then ended up in A&E and had to have a tonsillectomy.
The receptionists are rude and unhelpful they should not be working in the care as they don't care about the patients at all.
Awful, the receptionist are very rude and do not have a clue. They will refuse to issue repeat prescription or lie about appointment availability. This is of course if you can even get through to them, as one seems to be 'number 10' in the call queue for at least 1 hour.
Overall good organisation and service. Appointment system improved since it went online. Good mixture of male and female doctors.
Very hit & miss.
Very good, helpful, reliable and caring doctors.
Okay
GP is very good and we are happy with our GP, However chasing up a hospital referral has taken a very long time. This is not the fault of GP though. GP is always providing us with interpreters as well.
They don't give appointments unless you come at 9am and they don't pick calls deliberately.
Doctors are good and updated but receptionists are slow and horrible
