"Liars and unprofessional lost frames"
Option was fine. He said usually 2 to 3 weeks for glasses to be returned but contract said 28 days. After two weeks told the sunglasses ready but not the plain glasses. Told same thing a couple of days later. After day 28 it appears they were lying as the sunglasses frames were lost and the plain ones ready after complaining they have not fulfilled the contract. Husband wearing old glasses so not safe to drive . Told we'd get a call back but they don't. Offered 20 discount off the second pair but only offered inferior frames. We still can't understand how they could tell us the sunglasses had been done twice when they were lost and still no sign or a tracking number of supposedly sent plain pair sent last night. The paperwork to arrange the appointment had the NHS logo which I think is be misleading. Definitely don't recommend.
