"No staff always short"
On a number of occasions I visited at different times, residents were left wandering. I was shocked as an health professional to witness this. These residents pay a hefty amount of money to be cared for and kept safe. I would not let any of my family ever go into this home. If someone asked me my thoughts I would tell them exactly what I've said here. I witnessed enough and this is not acceptable.
