Medical care mostly good but actually getting an appointment is very difficult and reception staff most kindly described as “overly defensive”. If I was feeling less charitable I’d say “rude”.
My son was sick and I took him there he was not attended to. This happened on several occasions.
I think you should scrap the telephone service when booking the doctors and change the email service because it does not work.
Staff is very rude and don't listen to anyone, not helpful at all.
Very difficult to get an appointment, reception staff is slow and rude.
They explain everything very well and are helpful. At times very difficult to get appointments.
I am very happy with my GP Surgery, They are fast and advice very well on all the issues. Bit difficult to get an appointment but rest is all good.
The process of making appoints is not as easy as it should be. The staff and facilities however, are great.
Only take appointments dame day in the morning, long wait on the phone and in the end no appointments available
Have tried SO many times to make an appointment to see a doctor but keep being told no appointments left and to try the next day. The only time you can get through is after 10am when there are no appointments left, and then the same reply, try tomorrow.
