"Really good"
Really good. Easy to get appointments too as it's online on the GP app. I can sometimes get the same day ones but not always but that's okay.

Quite good. They give same day appointments and don't mess around. I haven't seen a GP or nurse that I didn't like. They all listen to me.
They always refer you to a head nurse and never get to see a GP when you want to. Very hard to get appointment, they always shove you to someone else. It's very hard to get through too.
I had to tell them I had a heart attack and had to give them a list of all my new medication. They were good at following up and with care and keeping an eye on me.
They called and said I needed to urgently see them. The nurse saw me and said that I should have been given an appointment and some antibiotics. They were very good.
I can get appointments and be seen by my own GP.
We have reviews at the GP but they don't seem to be for dementia needs or test his memory as such.
They were okay when I saw the young doctor. I was glad to be seen and they were able to sort me out. They doctor seemed to know their stuff.
I recently moved to this surgery. The management of appointments is much better and faster. I can see my GP when I want.
I give them 5 stars. Excellent service, GPs and reception staff. They are all caring and helpful.
Appointment availability is good. Repeat prescription service is very quick in responding all of the time.
The GP is always very good and helpful. The reception staff are a bit rude.
Diagnosed at the surgery in Oct 22 but couldn’t get an appointment, took me further 3 weeks to see a consultant. Should not have had to go private. It’s frustrating I am using mixed Private and NHS services. Services are good but getting the appointment is difficult.
It's poor. It's so hard to get an appointment. Was waiting for results which had been filed. I only found that out because I had been chasing. I saw the results on my NHS app. I was promised a call back and it didn't happen. GP was off sick. 3 weeks later I had to get an appointment with another doctor to get a review to test the results. There is a problem and I have now been referred to Good Hope but it's taken since January to May 2023. I'm really unhappy as they've said it may be serious.
You can’t see anyone face to face. Receptionist will sort out if I need certain things they are very good. Just rarely see a GP face to face.
Hard to get appointments at the surgery
Got the doctor to ring me back on the phone. But it’s not the same as seeing someone face to face. Have told them I want to see a doctor face to face. Went into the side room to see a doctor you’ve never met. Which is embarrassing. I am on a selection of medication and ideally I should be seeing a doctor regularly face to face.
Don’t bother with them I can’t see them, You can get through eventually on the phone but they say there is no appointment.
Was there when I had my accident they knew me and what I needed. Doctor was aware and know what I was going through but they said I could no longer use the surgery. I hate this postcode.
Good doctors. Can get appointments, over the phone appointments. Only once I called for my son and they gave me a telephone consultation straight away. I fellt reassured afterwards.
They had to take a sample the other day, the doctor works for the hospital.
GP good but problem in getting though, I can get appointments when I can get through, its only a phone call.
Full support provided all the time.
Its easy to get an appointment and see a GP.
No face to face contact. A 5 month old baby finally seen by doctor to check for chest infection in the car park, quote to protect vulnerable people.
Extremely poor, nightmare to get through on phone, very reluctant to see anyone face to face even children- told to ring 111 or go to A&E when normally a GP appt would resolve issue. No duty of care at all
Poor. They are shifting patients to 111, Badger and the hospital. Telephone service is inadequate.
We moved to Manor Practice in September 2020. Their service has been excellent. We haven't been able to see doctors face to face as with other surgeries, but have seen the nurse on several occasions (smear test, tetanus injection). Reception staff are polite and caring and all nurses and doctors have been excellent on telephone consultations. It was the best thing we have done changing to Manor Practice.
Awful
It is fairly impossible to get a face to face appt. receptionists are nothing more than guards! The practice doesn't care about me - or indeed any patient as far as I can make out. I have never felt so uncared for by the NHS as I do now - very vulnerable!
Very good service but they need to start seeing not just telephone consultation.
My GP practice is good. They understand my condition and are supportive. Difficult to get an appointment, have to call in the morning to get one.
I attended this medical centre due to having intense stomach cramps for a few months and I had previously had a scan to confirm there was nothing wrong with my kidneys. After been on cocodomal for a few weeks the pain became worse so I went to visit the GP again. I was seen by a trainee doctor, who had no idea of my previous scans. She instantly suggested, without any questions that I had an STI, without asking any questions about my sexual health.
