"Really good in there"
The pharmacy has medication available on time. Really good in there.

Absolutely fine with them. I fill out a form and they then offer me a same day or next day appointment. I can see who I want on request.
They don't answer the phone. There is a link you can put in to ask for an appointment. They won't let you go in to book one either.
Emails that our doctor had sent had disappeared or were being sent to the wrong department.
I rarely use them but everything is okay. I book appointments online. It would be better if we could call them for the appointments.
Very discriminating towards people/children with disabilities and carers. Obstructive and will not let you complain. That bad we have had to move surgery as a whole family.
The pharmacy here is brilliant. I have the highest admiration for the fellow in there. He took films of me walking to get my blue badge and they're so helpful.
I asked the GP for water tablets for swelling. You'd be lucky if you get an appointment within 3 weeks. Prescriptions take a long time. A 72 hour wait for a prescription to be sent.
I spoke to my GP after having reoccurring issues. They got me referred quickly. A good and helpful service. I can make appointments fairly quickly too and I feel listened to at the appointments. They explain things very well.
Hard to get an appointment. You have to ring and they send you a link. They take a long time to respond to the online form. I needed to get medication from them when I was discharged from hospital. The GP said they didn't prescribe the tablets even though the hospital told me to go there.
I had blood tests for diabetes booked for me regularly. This was good.
It's hard work to get an appointment. First you have to speak to someone, then a call back system and that's no good for me as I can't hear anything properly. Doctors call anytime and you can't discuss anything medical over the phone so no good.
The only issue I have is that I can't use the internet properly which means I can't get an appointment. A receptionist there asked what do you want when she answered the call too and I'm not very happy with that. My issue is they are making internet online users a priority over others who can't use it. My friend did it for me online and then I got a call back. On the door, it says you can't walk in to make a GP appointment.
Because of my move, I was forced to switch to this clinic. The first time I asked to see a doctor for a comprehensive follow-up, it took nearly a month to see the doctor. The request for an interpreter that I filled out online in advance was actually ignored. I was told when I arrived at the clinic that I needed to call or go to the clinic in person to apply for an interpreter. In the absence of an interpreter, my family’s attempt to translate for me on the phone was also rejected, and as a result I could only postpone seeing the doctor for another week. Today is In the cold weather of minus 2 degrees Celsius, sending patients away in vain is what this clinic does! It's unbelievable.
My daughter was 9 minutes late for a blood test today due to the terrible travel conditions because of the snow/ice & was refused her appointment as the receptionist explained "the nurse only has 5 minute patient slots & if you are more than 5 minutes late you are cancelled." The weather has been atrocious today & we were genuinely late because we had to drive so slowly due to the icy roads. However, this did not matter. Even when I explained my daughter's blood test was because she was on blood thinners due to a blood clot in her lung and needed her bloods checked, we were simply offered a link to a possible afternoon phone call with the doctor. This was at 8.42 am the place was empty, except for one person in the whole of the surgery. There were more reception staff than patients & I imagine the nurse today was very bored too, as no doubt lots of appointments cancelled, because they were slightly late. It was a complete waste of time & NHS resources. Luckily, I drove my daughter, but imagine if this was an elderly or disabled person who had to rely on an Uber today and was cancelled but still needed to pay travel costs? I agree that lateness is terrible & should be avoided at all cost, but a little lenience today would have been well received, considering the inclement weather, especially first thing this morning. Now she has to wait a whole week for the blood test, which we was informed by the receptionist, was doing us a favor it could be December !!!
The pharmacy is very quick at dispensing medication here.
I will give them 3 stars. At times I receive great care but on many occasions I wait for days to see my GP.
Downloaded my GP app to make it easier to get an appointment and it's absolutely ridiculous. I've been waiting for a phone call consultation for 4 days now and heard absolutely nothing.
Very good. Can get appointments easily online, it's good. I have no problems accessing them online but over the phone is more tricky.
Fantastic for podiatry. She did my feet. I have used them for years for ulcerated feet.
Had bloods done months ago nobody returned my calls so I ended up 12 weeks behind on starting my treatment
Recently just changed to dove following a heart attack. Constantly chasing medication. Have ordered 2,3 and 4 medications and was sent 7 days of everything. Asked reception why I have to order every 7 days. Reply was don't know. You need to see a doctor but gave me appointment with a nurse who also don't know. Been really unwell lately looks like I will be going to a and e. No one cares.
I was referred from my GP to the Women's. Their services are very good.
Once you get to a certain age you might as well be dead. They don't want to do anything for you. I asked for a mammogram but they didn't want to refer me on even though I have had previous lumps and history. After a certain age they don't bother. Last year my knee was really bad and they said they couldn't get me seen for 3 months by a consultant.
The new online booking system is a hassle because you have to wait a whole day for a response and you cannot plan anything as they may call you anytime.
I had bloods done in October. I phoned everyday until January for the results and was never given an appointment not even a phone call consult. So finally in Jan I had to have the bloods done again as results could have changed and we are in April and still unable to get my results. Been bed bound at 31 and then gaslighted by receptionists now considering going for private healthcare because I'm restricted from seeing my doctor like he's Mr president u girls on the desk need to sort your heads out. Withholding healthcare because Ur on some sort of power trip.
It is impossible to get through on the phones in the morning. Its is especially frustrating when you are just calling for repeat prescriptions.
They have helped me a lot and have referred me on time.
They're alright. I've not needed to use them much over the past year. I used them once and it was good. You can call them to get an appointment. There no issues. Great staff.
Sometimes it can be a pain. They take the mickey with the phone calls. Saying to call between 8-10 and no one answers. I end up leaving it after an hour or two.
I can never get an appointment and have to ring 111 and then they get an appointment for me.
They're brilliant for the kids, they're pretty good to be fair. They'll see them same day. If I don't get face to face they'll do over the telephone. If I can explain over the phone, then I don't mind an appointment over the phone.
They said they don't do district nursing and that we should contact our own GP. Soon got someone to come out but the district nurse said she couldn't touch anything with blood on it.
Difficult to make contact on phone for booking appointment. Lines always busy.
Pain – really hard ringing at 8am. 45 mins wait and no face to face appointment. All appointments are over the phone. If call for any cancellation had to ring up and they don’t answer the phone.
Can’t get appointment , work full time, If I need an appointment will call on day off but not guaranteed an appointment. Can call at 8am – wait 40 to 50 minutes hold. Then they say no appointments that day.
I don’t need them, Once I stop taking depression tablets. Last time when I contacted them it took a long to get through on phone and then no appointment was available. Had to call for few days to get an appointment.
Its very difficult to get an appointment and not easy access to the GP. The GP is good and the receptionists are really nice, they try as much as they can.
Fine when they see you. Can’t get an appointment easily. Practice have gone down since Covid. Hard for professionals to get an appointments. They need to see people on Saturdays.
Don't know, I like it. I understand what they say to me.
They're alright, but that depends on whether you can get through to them to make appointments.
They're really good, I am able to appointments with them and have no complaints, so far so good.
It come in waves sometimes its ok and sometimes you have to wait for days for appointments.
Can’t fault them, I am with them since last 40 years.
Need a doctors note for work tried 5 days on the trot hav nt got through once ,start ringing at 7.57 by 7.59 engaged tone then saying no more appointments that day ,virtually impossible to speak to a doctor they are playing with people's lives and jobs ,hate this surgery with a passion
Impossible to get a telephone appt, no chance of face to face appts, have to phone at 8am for appointment, impossible to get through so you don’t get an appointment. What are workers supposed to do who aren’t allowed phones? They will not let you pre book anything
Can only ring at 8am to try to get an appointment. 8am isn’t suitable for me as I work but If you ring at any other time you cannot get an appointment.
Reception staff did not help with retrieval of medical report for employment purposes but instead became very hostile and threatening. Threated to call the police when I was stood waiting for help at the reception desk with my 2 year old toddler. They wanted to scare me off to leave the surgery so I cant report them to a doctor. They then tried to get me taken off the register to keep me quiet about their behaviour.
Took 30 minutes to get through to the receptionist from 8am as instructed to be told no appts for that day and have to ring back on Monday. Why can’t I book a call for Monday rather than phone and waste another morning trying to get through. I’m a working parent and 8am is the busiest part of my day. It’s massively inconvenient. Receptionist didn’t care that Friday was the only day I could ring and would be waiting a week to try again to speak to a dr. No sign posting to other services despite assuring her I was quite unwell.

Very good
You can never see the same doctor more than once have to constantly repeat to doctor when all information should be on notes. Doctors don't listen and don't follow up. Receptionist can be rude about appointments and leave me feeling upset and generally unwanted always telling me to go elsewhere when advice isn't very good. The dove used to be a fantastic practice but standard of care and dramatically dropped. My prescription is constantly missing items and I have to further chase when I'm not well.
Always helpful
Efficient
Difficult to get through to the doctors due to Covid. Reception does not answer the phone calls. Absolutely waste of time place.
Since the Covid pandemic the surgery has essentially been closed to patients. Despite repeated attempts I haven't been able to get an appointment to see a doctor. Reception staff told me that if it's urgent I should go to A&E. I have several ongoing health problems, including clinical depression. Normally they would insist that I see a GP monthly, now I am not allowed to see one at all.
I rang the surgery from 8am to 8.40am for my 7 year old daughter, who is waiting for grommets. Once I got through, I explained my daughter's history and stated she needs antibiotics as her ear had discharge coming out (previous experience I know she needed antibiotics). To be told no telephone consultations available. Now I know they're not taking face to face appointments, but still they never seem to have any telephone consultations! And when you go down there, well all the receptionists sit there let the phone ring whilst they do nothing!! It's a shambles.
Brilliant surgery treat me really well. They go above and beyond and helped me get off heroin. They also referred me to CGL.
Very difficult to get an appointment, otherwise very good. Provided full support to my wife during pregnancy. During her pregnancy my GP was better than Birmingham women’s hospital.
Good but calling at 8 in the morning on the dot to book an appointment and still not getting a place is ridiculous.
I have a 12 year old daughter who has ADHD and is an autistic spectrum. I found ten cans of aerosol under her bed in January and took her to GP to discuss this as it was obviously very concerning. The GP just checked my daughter physically and said that she is fine. I had to then take her to A&E on another occasion as I found another can. They did a safeguarding referral to drug counselling. Finally 8 weeks ago a specialist took my worries more seriously and referred her to dermatology. They thought she applied aerosol directly on her skin as she has a sensory issue. Only through this we recently got autism diagnosis. I feel that if the GP had asked us more questions and had more answers of autism we could have got help much sooner. We are still waiting for CHMHS referrals as apparently we have to ask the school to do this.
They never have any appointment.
When asking for my repeat medication, You have to go online and when you do than only give you the recent medication. Un-empathetic GP regarding mental health issues . Don’t have time for patients, I feel rushed, not listened to. Feel misunderstood regarding mental health issues. Really difficult and inconvenient to get an appointment, waited weeks.
