Called at 8am and was told no doctors are working only a nurse? What kind of service is this if I can’t book a doctors appointment I had a lump on my neck which turns out to be abscess had to wait 4 hours in A&E to get it sorted
It's easy to get appointments for myself and wife. They will see us the same day. They will do face to face ones too. We are very happy with the service.
Vaccines were done really quickly. Todays appointment was arranged quickly too. The GP I saw was great and really listened to me. He was super helpful.
It's good, every time I call in the morning the try to book me in for the same day. I see different doctors but that's okay. They are very good for us. They always listen to my concerns.
Quite easy to make appointments. I googled the number and it was wrong so I physically came in and they made me an appointment for today.

Getting appointments is very stressful and time consuming. The GPs and staff are good.
GPs and nurses are very good and helpful but they keep on changing the GPs so every time you come you see a new one and have to explain everything from scratch. No continuity of care or follow ups.

Sometimes I can't get appointments. I told them this morning my daughter was sick and they gave me one which was good. They have given good advice.
I'm happy with the doctors service and experience. I will give them 5 stars but it can be difficult booking appointments.
I will give them 4 stars because they take a long time to give you appointments and sometimes they forget to send prescriptions and send the wrong medication. Otherwise everything is okay and the doctors are too.
Never get seen face to face it's always on the phone. I requested a blood test and haven't had the results. They're not good at communicating.

I call at 8am then get through at 8:15am and all the appointments have gone. The worse people are the receptionists. They talk to you a certain way and assume because I wear a scarf, I don't speak English or that I won't fight back. But I'll fight back for my kids.
Ring at 8:30 when surgery opens. Takes 15 minutes to get through. Don’t feel that you should have to tell the receptionist my problems to why I need the appointment. Overall I feel I am looked after and get treated well.

I am homeless and in need of several daily medication for my pancreatic failure, neuralgia and severe insomnia. I have long term pain medication and if I don’t take my medication I start hallucinating, I can’t sleep for days and have memory failure. It affects me severely. I have recently been moved to supported housing and I’ve had to change my GP as a result of this. I have just registered with this GP and asked for an urgent appointment as I am panicking as my medication is running out. I am really desperate. They just tell me that I need to go to walk in centre or to see my old GP. However I can’t get my prescription from walk in centre or A&E as I have such strong medication. My old GP removed me from the patient list as soon as I was moved without even consulting me. I feel like I am going to do something really bad if I don’t get help. I just had to walk away feeling totally helpless as I know I couldn’t get angry or lose my patience as they would just get an excuse not to see me and help me in the future. I know they judge me as a homeless person they just see me as a tramp.
