"Good perinatal care"
I have received good perinatal care during my pregnancy.

I go for neurology, yeah they're great, they're really understanding and caring too.
Very kind but getting an appointment here is hard.
Good not they answer the phone. They are accessible to and the kids.

The doctor looked at my medication and reduced my medication to put me on the straight and narrow. She wasn't interested and didn't want to listen. I am down to 1 tablet a day. It does nothing. Took a year and a half to try and get my medication reinstated. They want me to sit there and talk and not have medication.
I see the psychiatrist but they don't give regular appointments. Supposed to have face to face appointments. I had the last one over the phone. I have been down to see her.
Amazing - can’t fault them. They’ve been amazing, getting in contact is really easy and they contact me by letter. It’s really easy.
Really good. First I had a telephone conversation where I was informed there was a trainee in the room and that was fine. I was asked a million questions and they said I might have a sleep problem. It was a nice clean place. Everyone was friendly. The guy who was a nurse has a disability and I thought he was great, he was so helpful. They're also helpful on the phone.
They see my husband every 3 months, for a 30 minute appointment. They talk to him. He used to have a support worker who used to come in every week with an interpreter but they stopped coming with the support work as they said he no longer needed it. Then they stopped during covid and I haven't seen anybody since.
The Receptionist extreamly Rude always answers the phone and is quick to come off Really Rude.
I've been trying to get mental health help for over a decade and have just started therapy at the Barberry Centre. There are lots of ads saying the hardest thing is asking for help. Receiving the correct help is the challenge. I have been told my situation is too complex for assistance my many counselling services before finally being referred to Birmingham Healthy Minds. This should not of taken 10 years. Each service that said I was too complex just dropped me, nothing was taken up
I was at the Barberry clinic for eating disorder, I’ve been referred there, and I am still waiting to see the counsellor or dietitian and it has been over 4 weeks. I have no control over my eating disorders, and I’ve lost 3 stone over weeks. So I need to see someone ASAP. The service is good but the waiting time is too long!
We do have a lot of referrals to our specialist services and sometimes need to prioritise who we see first. If you could contact our Customer Relations Team on 0800 953 0045 they can liaise with the team to see when your appointment is due and whether it can be sooner.
I had an ECG. The member of staff was very kind and fully responsive to my needs. She made sure I was comfortable and really thought about what was best for me. I felt treated like a human, with kindness and compassion. This is rare in the NHS as a whole at times.
Many thanks for your kind words. We will be sure to let the team know.
Always made to feel welcome and valued, wide variety of treatment options offered, I was never give up on, always made to feel it was worth persevering, not to give up hope
Thank you for your kind comments, which we are really pleased to read. We will pass them on to the team at Barberry.
