"They are doing quite good"

Treated for Schizophrenia for 10 years, they are doing quite good. Helped with stopping smoking. They were just been really supportive and helpful. They let us know what’s happening with care.

"Not good experience"

My partner is in here and the experience I have had when making phone calls from staff are rude high rise tone of voice intimating on phone and when I use to visit makes you feel uncomfortable terrible service when working with people with mental health should be ashamed
