"Poor service"
I returned to the UK after years abroad with no functionality- later to be diagnosed as PTSD and psychotic depression. I was assigned a support worker to help me with benefits, a GP, housing etc but she almost immediately closed the case saying I had no entitlement to benefits because the DWP wrote to her to say so (this was evidently a lie).
