"Supportive"
They are short of staff there, but they have a mental health department and they help and support me.

My current GP is brilliant for menopause treatment.
Very good usually when we see our usual doctor but they missed a diagnosis with my husband the last time we went and saw a new doctor. When there are certain tell tale signs they should follow it up. They are usually very good.
Since covid they have been rubbish. You no longer walk into the GP. You have to call them. Sometimes they do video calls which is not fair and then they ask you to send a video or an image. You call and your number 24 in the queue and then there are no appointments or they cut you off. It is hard when you have school aged children.
The service from the GP since the start of lockdown is they're still too frightened to see people. They spend so much time on the phones. They wanted me to send pictures of my knee and it takes too much time. I live two minutes from the surgery and would be better to be seen face to face.
They're good when I go there, I don't have to wait a long time.
Good service with helpful staff.
Took a long time to arrange to do Power of Attorney, stopped in surgery waiting room until it was done. Charged £100. Knows about wife's dementia. Can always phone and get an appointment, can get next day appointments
