"You have to book online"
You have to book online and can't check the time. Take over 40 minutes to get through on the phones but you can't book an appointment on the phone.

I find using online appointments difficult to navigate. The receptionist, went out of her way to help me. She was patient and helpful in her assistance
I am happy and satisfied with the care and treatment.
Our surgery is now one of five. Our Dr who we are registered with works at two of them. To get an appointment we have to complete an online form and it is impossible to see a named doctor. Receptionists tell us they can't make appointments and we get sent to any of the practices often seeing Dr we don't know. This is unsatisfactory, recently I had various tests seen by a nurse, I haven't had any feedback at all. So how do the NHS expect to give us all a nominated GP? The care is good, there is no problem there but I want to see my named doctor.
Needed to sort out my minor surgery appointment, the ladies on reception were so very helpful
Well done ladies for making a worried patient calm
Very difficult to get an appointment. I don't have a regular sleeping pattern so I'm asleep at 8am. So when I call, there aren't any appointments. No appointments online either. It's hard to see someone when I need to.
They are good but there is a delay on getting appointments and the referral took 3 months.
They are brilliant and give me appointments. I am happy, I have no complaints.
Long waits and no appointments at all. Very poor service delivery.
Ordered an emergency prescription yesterday. Told today it’s not come. Wife has got to wait til new year for medication
Went into practice last week needed to sort out medicines. Been on phone previous day for 2 hours. So went in and the receptionist was typing and said l have just got to finish typing things up and other was on the phone texting. Ignoring the phones they are not answering.
They have a duty of care but they haven’t seen me or spoken to me since diagnosis. They honestly do nothing.
Same day appointment provision and process inadequate. 8.00am in person appointment process primative and where by 8.18am all appointments taken for the day
On line same day appointments should be available to meet patient needs
Phoned surgery to make an appointment too see a Nurse, 1 hour 22 minutes on the line, when I got though offered an appointment outside of Streetly, I declined, I can walk to this surgery, Ive been a patient at this surgery for 31 years the decline is appalling
Trying to get a phone call from your doctor is a marathon task turning that into an actual face to face meeting is like scaling Mount Everest, totally inept receptionists
Can no longer make an appointment with receptionist at the front desk. Told I must phone at 8.00am when I wait for anything up to an hour to speak to a stranger in a call centre, only to be told no appointments available and try again tomorrow. Disgraceful!! Service has declined rapidly since the retirement of one Dr and the untimely death of another. They were caring and professional doctors and the practice was the best in the area. It is now the worst
They are ok but I prefer to go to walk in clinics when ever I need support because getting an appointment is close to impossible.
I tried to contact this surgery on behalf of my mother..... the first time l was kept waiting over an hour number 48 in the que... l did eventually get through. I was told phone appointment availability could take up to 2 weeks and would be in the afternoon.
l travelled accross the city, so l could be with my mother for the planned phone appointment on 6th of April. No Doctor called. I tried to ring the surgery from my mobile as it was getting late, after .... 1hour 6 mins l got cut off at number 2. l drove down to the surgery on the same day as expected phone call and was told by a member of staff there was no record of the appointment we had been waiting for. My mother was called after l aired my concerns to the surgery. The staff told her the surgery had tried to call her twice.... I had been sitting next to my mother all afternoon. The phone did not ring. I later received two missed calls to my mobile on my journey home from the practise, when l tried to return the calls l could not get through. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED... AND IS THE WORST EXPERIENCED I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A SURGERY.
30-40 minutes waiting for phone to be answered then never any appointments told to phone 111 every time rubbish
Can not get appointments. Can never speak to same doctor. Still not seeing patients. Why?
Useless, can't get through on the phone, appts miles away. Child blood test - sent to Heartlands Hospital!!
Average waiting time to speak to receptionist is 30 mins “You are 49th in the queue”.
I had a letter last year telling me my routine smear test was overdue and to make an appointment. The appointment got cancelled due to restrictions associated with Covid-19. Tried to get another appointment in the summer 2020 but was told still not able to provide this service. Feb 2021 Still not able to book.
Awful the appointments are over the phone and if you need to see someone you have to go to partner practice.
Appointments can only be made by phoning at 8 a.m. where there are ridiculous waits. We are no longer in exceptional times and they have had months to adapt. This is a critical service and we need them to step up.
Like to give apt with nurse. Took son 2 yr old to see nurse with chest infection.she said he was fine. We then took him to A&E 3hours later who said he had pneumonia
Good care
