Closed without notice on entry
Despite being told as a 69 year old, I could drop in for both vaccinations, it was closed on a Wednesday at 11am. No sign to say it was closed or when it would reopen. Felt sorry for people who had made the journey on public transport. Could the closure been made available on social media?

I'm disappointed. The only information I could find online indicated the opening hours were; weekdays between 10:00 – 18:00, Saturdays 09:00 – 15:30. My surgery told me the centre would be open, however, on arrival at around noon the centre was closed, no sign of when it would be opened again and no notices showing opening times.
The message was not for me - I live over 100miles away! was this a scam? no way of checking or informing anyone of mistake. Real recipient may now miss an important booking. Patient details should be checked and double checked to avoid possible dangerous (health wise) mistakes!

Had some valid concerns about the AZ vaccine having had DVT previously. Both the manager and duty doctor were very professional which resulted in rescheduling my appointment once consulting my GP. Second visit was absolutely fine. Congratulations to all involved!
