"I've given up trying now."
It's very hard to get appointments so I have given up now. I'm not aware about any online system either.

Poor care and poor customer service given not to an acceptable standard.
No consistent GP service. Receptionists moody, rude & ask what health problem patient wants to talk to GP about (confidentiality concerns) prior to booking appointment. Reception/admin staff reject medication requests with no contact with patient, so patients are left unaware without their medicines. GP looked like a cleaning staff & lacked due concern, seemed distracted.
