Support asia have cared for my sister for many years. They are kind and attentive to a very vulnerable adult with challenging behaviors. Staff and management have gone above and beyond time and again to accommodate ours and my sister's needs and I will not hesitate to recommend them to take care of a loved one.
This company pays it staff peaunuts despite getting day/night£14 p/h from local councils .The staff are treated badly and leave the company due to bad management .The management consists of family members who bully their staff .Im a ex employee and loved my job caring for people as im very compassionate but due to the management i had no choice but to leave .My service users the people i cared for developed a close bond with me and i did not want to leave but i had no option due to management .The cqc report is good but those inspectors just visit the companys office with 24hr notice.
The cqc inspectors should visit the service users and ask for their views or their familys viewes
The local council should also give clarity transparency to public about how many safe guarding enquires have been raised against care company's and there staff .
If you choose a care company and that company has had x number of safeguarding enquires raised that would impact on your descion .Safe guarding is recorded and investigated by local council social services so the council should make this information available to public on there web sites which is not the case at this moment in time .
Management are all related to one another therefore they cover up poor practice they should be shut down all they care about is making money
Manager artitude is disugusting
