Superdrug - Harborne

I go to pick up a prescription I have to collect every fortnight for my baby. They have never ordered it in even though I have ordered the repeat prescription a week before. Then they’ll say I need to wait a few days. Or go somewhere else. They don’t seem to check the prescriptions coming in and order them in, they wait until you come to collect and realise they haven’t ordered it. This has happen every fortnight for the past few months. I am now changing to another pharmacy. They also close at random times for lunch that aren’t listed on website so you have more wasted trips. Queues are at times 30 mins plus. And they never answer the phone so you can check a prescription is in before you go.

Very good, very nice. They always have the medication for thyroid and blood pressure. They're good.

I went to get my prescription. They set me a text to tell me it was ready to collect.

I wanted to collect my prescription and saw your store was "open" so I came in but only to find your pharmacy is closed! This was very inconvenient and misleading and defeats the object! Not happy about this at all!

They're alright.

They deliver medication on time. They always have what we need and know how important it is to get the medication and they keep up with communication. I can't fault them.

I haven't found them to be good as they have forgotten to order specialist medicine at times.

If I need medication, I go there. Sometimes they don't have the medication and I have to wait a couple of days but I know them in there and they always greet me and say hello. They're very friendly.

Very good and efficient service. Staff are nice and helpful.
