"Prescribed antibiotics"
They didn't give me an appointment but they prescribed antibiotics. They said I wouldn't be prescribed them again and I would need to go back to my GP if I had the issue again.

I had to go back which was an inconvenience. They should be less careless.
They're helpful and do listen to you when you go there. They cannot do referrals which they say I need they cannot do.
Absolutely rubbish, rude staff, dirty toilets.
I go here when I can't get into the GP. You can wait a long time but everyone is in the same position.
I was losing vision in my eye and they said they would send me to the eye hospital for a specialist to look at me. They gave me a letter and I went straight there.
They see you in around an hour which isn't bad and for my friend they call her straight in as she had skin cancer.
The pharmacy there is good and there are no long waits.
I called them and told them my symptoms and they told me to go in. There was a 4 hour wait but they did see me. They didn't give me anything as they said it was viral but I asked and they did to ease the symptoms.
They check you and don't do anything.
Very helpful. They are very patient and I was treated quickly. I am happy with all the treatment they give me.
They're okay. Depends on their mood, sometimes they can be good but sometimes there can be a long wait, but I do think they're okay because when you can't see your GP you have to go somewhere for help.
I was seen by a nurse and then a doctor a couple days later for wound care. They were both very helpful and lovely to me while I was in quite a bit of pain.
I had pains in my stomach and was sent a letter from the GP that told me to go to A&E so ended up at a few hospitals and then here. I was seen really quickly.
Sent here by 111 and they have been able to help me better than the GP. I have been sent here twice and you don't have to wait too long and they will get you the help that you need.
They see you and you can get in. That is best for me. They look after you and they sort me and the kids out. If they can't sort it they will refer you to A&E.
They can be really useful and helpful. On the occasions we have used them it's been very hard to wait so long when you are in pain but the appointments can help.
They're okay, no long waits and see you the same day if a GP or pharmacy can't help.
They're good, so helpful, we don't get seen straight away but we will get the help we don't get from the GP.
A 6 hour wait for an asthma attack. I went because 111 wouldn't call back and I needed help urgently. They didn't make it quick even though I told them how serious it was. I ended up at the hospital.
They don't really give you medication, just paracetamol or they rely too much on antibiotics. I took my dad with a chesty cough and son with ear pain and both of them got antibiotics without a proper check.
Very busy and understaffed. I had to wait for 6 hours. The staff are rude and unhelpful.
They're okay but you wait a long time. But when I can't see my GP I have to come here. They always help me.
I have used the service many times. You have to wait a while but the GPs are very helpful and provide excellent treatment.
I had a really bad ear infection and they prescribed me steroids hoping it would resolve itself. They advised if it didn't work to take myself to A&E to get it looked at further.
I have used them a number of times. It's over crowded all the time and you have to wait hours before being seen.
They were good. Was seen quickly. I got the appointment through 111. I had a perforated ear and it was bleeding. I couldn't get through to the doctors and they ended up sorting me out antibiotics here and told to go to the GP if it didn't get better.
They're alright, you don't wait long, about 45 minutes. If they think you need to go to the hospital they will write you a letter to take with you. They will prescribe medication when it's not a hospital matter.
When we aren't given a GP appointment then we go here. They will do a check up anytime. They are very good. They will also see my children.
Dad went there this morning and they gave him an appointment then told him to come back at 10:00AM. They are brilliant there.
Long waits but I was seen by a very professional GP who helped me a lot.
NHS 111 made the appointment for my son here. They saw him quickly and gave him antibiotics. Excellent service and they were helpful when the GP wasn't.
I went there for a blood test and health screening. The staff are very helpful and treated me with dignity and respect.
I have been here a couple of times but they aren't very good and you wait a long time so I try not to use them unless A&E is really busy and I will be seen quicker here.
Very busy when I go there. I take the children when I can't get a GP appointment. The are good and do treat you but you have to wait a long time in there. The treatment and care is excellent.
They are very good but you have to wait for hours to see a GP. They are very busy all of the time. I have always received good treatment over there though.
It is not as close as the GP but they can be very helpful and we don't have to wait as long as the hospital. Very good and the doctors listen.
I usually have to wait for an hour or two to see a doctor but they do see us and provide the treatment needed.
Overcrowded and understaffed. They make you sit for hours before offering any support.
Depending upon the time I may go to the walk in as I just need to see someone. They are better to go to during the day. You wait a little but you get help.
Long waits and queues but you are eventually seen by someone.
Very overcrowded all of the time. You have to wait for at least 2 hours whenever I go there.
When I go there there are lots of people waiting. It could be an hour. They have a call back service where they will call you back . Always helped me get seen and get the medication I need.
I have been a couple of times just because I can't get through to my GP. It's so busy and you wait far too long but you do see someone and they do give you medication if you need it. It's a tedious process to get care.
They don't really help you. They just tell you to go back to your GP.
They're alright and you know you have to wait but they'll always help though. Just be prepared to wait.
They are great. They have helped our community during COVID and always help people when they can't see their own GP.
I waited 9 hours for the treatment which is horrible.
Good service but it’s so busy when you go. They always help but the waiting time is so long sometimes, especially when kids are sick and impatient.
Every month I go there because I have a urine infection and I can't see my GP. The doctors there can only give me antibiotics for 3 days. I go there so often, the GP there wrote a letter to my own GP saying I need to be referred on to have tests to see why I keep getting these symptoms and they just don't give me an appointment.
My granddaughter got sent here when she damaged her foot. They really looked after her. There was a bit of a wait but it was fine and expected. But they were good.
I have been waiting a long time for a blood test because there’s no phlebotomist there – and this isn’t the first time it has happened.
Give you the time and try to help you but you do have to wait for a long time. I go there because of the problem with the GP. If I can’t find an appointment I go there.
Go to walk in centre, they are okay but sometimes you just want to see your GP. They are helpful it’s just a very long waiting time that can be hard when you have a sick child.
I can’t get appointments at GP. Then we went to Summerfield and they sort out everything for us.
They are very good, no long waits for an appointment as I go through NHS 111 and I get what I need from them.
My daughter was having bad ear pain. The GP would not see her. They told us to go there instead. They were good, it just took a while waiting to be seen. But I Know they will help when I go there.
Tired of waiting 5 to 6 hours and walk out with more than you go in with. Should be able to see own GP. It’s just not working.
They said there was an issue with my foot when I visited the foot clinic. They told me I should be referred to the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital.
Went with an issue the doctor said they couldn't see me. It was close to them closing so they were not taking any more patients. So I had to go to the A&E at the hospital.
It was taking a long time to register with GP. Its been over a month. I had really bad back pains and they said since I was not registered with GP, go to the centre. There was a 6 hour wait and this is too long.
I have been there but it’s so busy. Had a numbness in my jaw and could not get in with the doctor, so went here the queue was so big, just ended up walking away.
Long wait had to go there twice, they helped me got what I needed. Can’t complain.
If it's busy it takes too long, but otherwise it's okay.
A nurse diagnosed my son with a condition that I had taken him to the doctors for and they said they could not do anything for him until he was older. But when I saw the nurse, she sent him for ultrasounds and wrote the GP a letter so that he could be referred for the treatment he needed.
I had hurt my right hand and went in at 11am and didn't leave until after 4pm, I was told the GP couldn't help me. They sent me to A&E.
I waited a long time, 2 hours atleast. But I do feel like I get the help I need here.
Its really very busy needs to extend its get claustrophobic.
Great. Took me in to have my vaccine explained everything. the girls had a smile on their face and reassured me it will be fine but made me aware of who to contact if it didnt.
Well coming staff and quick service.
Very good
I was unable to join a doctor's surgery in my area last year and was able to get seen quickly here. The staff were really friendly and professional and the service was very efficient.
A team who work together to try and make a difference.
Went to the Urgent Care Centre as I had a worsening problem and couldn't get in to see my GP. Managed to come at a time that was quiet, so was seen very quickly by a nurse practitioner. She was very friendly, reassuring and efficient. Was going to give me one treatment, but after examining me thoroughly and listening to my symptoms, gave me a more suitable treatment. Asked about how I was generally, as well as about the problem I came in for, and treated me like a human being. Made such a difference to be treated with compassion. Made sure I was clear in the instructions I needed to follow.
I went there this morning and although it was a few hours waiting time, I didn't mind waiting because the nurse was lovely. I had a problem with my foot, the nurse was nice and easy to talk to, she showed genuine care and attention not just for my foot but to other problems I was experiencing, I wish all nurses could be like this one today, sometimes when people are in distress all they need is to feel that someone has listened and showed care, because it makes all the difference to people who are anxious. Its just a shame that nurses like the one today don't have their own surgery so that patients can choose to see them in particular. The experience I had today with this nurse, has helped give me faith that there are still good nurses, it all just depends who you get see.
