"Very good, amazing, quick"
Amazing, they sort my inhaler and they don't make you wait. They sort things quickly. Very good overall.

Appointments are getting better to make but you call and wait a long time. They do listen to you and don't just prescribe medication. They're fine and doing well.
I can't book blood tests there. They tell you call a number to get one.
They are fine. I had to go in recently and it was not busy. I waited about 25 minutes in total.
The GP is good and it's easy to get an appointment there.
It's a bit slow. They look after other people rather than black people, it's not fair. Maybe when you go there you will understand. They may even treat you better if you're female but males get very bad services. They're very bad. This is how we are treated and it is not fair.
The service is good. The reception staff ask you questions and will answer any if you have any doubts.
They're good. I can get appointments with them. I sometimes wait a bit longer to see the GP I want to see but that's okay. The receptionists are also good and helpful.
Rude reception staff and very unhelpful GPs.
We can't get appointments. We usually end up going to City A&E.
Most of the time it's okay.
A very good GP practice. I will give them 5 stars.
Getting an appointment takes a long time. Some staff are good.
Very professional and helpful staff. Excellent advice and support provided by the GPs.
Put it this way, it's a practice where you can see Dr Tom one day and Dr Harry another. There is no continuity with them.
Very busy and hard to get appointments.
I go there for appointments but they don't have any. I tried to see them for my hand and they told me to go to A&E, but they wouldn't see me.
They are also good. When I call, they will book the appointment and there's no long waits on the phones like the other surgeries. They're generally really good.
Received a letter on my phone to go for blood text. Staff were brilliant there. No problem at all.
I didn't change when I moved because they are so good. Very nice staff and they are very good. I moved to Stechford and won't change my practice because they are so good.
You have to be kidding me. I rang them to say my daughter was ill, they called me to say would I like for them to see her, I said yes she is unwell and she needs medicine, they said give her Nurofen as she had a high temperature. I said they need to see her, then they saw her and they said she had sores in her throat and they gave her antibiotics. But I said what was the point of the call when they could have saw her, they just wasted time.
They sometimes switch my diabetes medication and do not tell me. I can get appointments if I go down to the surgery first thing. I don't phone no more, it's a waste of time. But I have no problems.
Tried to go to the doctors as I needed pain killers as I suffer from pain. I had to wait 5 hours and still didn't see the doctor. The receptionist are very rude.
It was easy, the queues went down and I had good interactions with them. Got what I needed.
Very difficult to get an appointment. Haven’t seen my GP in ages.
Very happy and satisfied.
Awful to get an appointment. Rude reception wanted to loudly discuss the reason for visiting. Very unprofessional and do not put patients at
ease. To the point, I’d rather suffer than go.
Waiting times for appointments is poor, often when trying to arrange an appointment with the doctor I have been told that the next available appointment is in two weeks or call to check the next day when the surgery opens. Surgery opens at 9 am, by the time I get through to someone , all the on the day appointments are gone.
Very good service. Opens 8:45am, Closes at 1 pm, open again 5-6 pm - opening times could be better. Can get an appointment no problem but not always at a convenient time. I would like the waiting times to be reduced.
Difficult to get an appointment and when you are there you have to wait for an hour to see a doctor.
Good, nice and fantastic Service. Keep it up
