They have a lot of doctors and I can book on the phone. The service is good. I get health checks they also get me referrals.

No appointments when I go there. Why do receptionists have access to patient records, that's disgusting if you ask me. They think they're doctors. They have too much authority and it's not actually okay. You have to pay for your records if you need further information too.

It's been okay but I did have a few concerns that they did sort out. They can have a lack of appointments, even at 8AM but it has got better. I'm okay with everything now.

Still using Covid as excuse. Phone at 8am could be 35 in the queue. GP might say to review case in a week, but reception asks you to book appointment on the day. They don’t pre book the appointment.
I can get appointments. It can take a long time to get an appointment, but I do see the same GP when I do go. Just the phones need answering a bit better and people shouldn't be left too long.
