Have to phone the night before as appointments go in seconds.
They're alright as well. I have to call or go online. They ask questions and then they call you back the same day and an appointment is given for the next day.

I felt that the doctors listened to me. One physically showed me some exercises for my back. He also shared his personal experience of a similar problem. Another referred me to other services in Birmingham who have helped me a lot. The office staff are helpful and polite. Overall very impressed so far. The plumbing went wrong last year, but the senior doctor apologised personally to the waiting room!
Long waiting times. GP doesn’t listen to our exact needs. If we have numerous complaints to make, they say re-book several appointments. Patient care should be the main focus of GPs. Don’t feel fully listened to.
