"Overall it's good but waiting can be uncomfortable"

They're alright. I have been going for a while. They give me medication when ill. The waiting room isn't great as it can get crowded and the chairs I find uncomfortable. But overall it's good.

"Prefer to talk to specific doctor"

It's alright. I only speak to certain people. I called to ask for a specific person yesterday as they are they only one that listens. I prefer to talk to them and not the other doctors.

"I can't get an appointment"

Can't get appointments always 26 or something in the queue when calling them. You just can't get through. It's easier to get an emergency appointment as they get back to you in an hour. Terrible to get an non urgent appointment.

"Find it a struggle"

Not easy to get appointments. You're in a queue at 8am. I find it a struggle.

Very difficult to get appointments. It's even challenging to get repeat prescriptions.

"They need to be more helpful and informative"

If you don't have a phone its a frustration. They do give appointments but it can take a long time. They need to be more helpful and give information on how to help pay for medication.

They help with my mental health. I have depression and they give me medication and are good to me.

Quite easy and they will let me know availability. They said they would book bloods and it took a week or two. Given a really limited time to see patients.

"Doctor and staff are listening to me"

I have been with this practice many years. I’m finding that doctor and staff /reception are listening to me/and getting back to me /polite/ a couple of little hiccups but that got sorted out quickly. I’m very satisfied. Life can be very stressful for staff and patients

"Listens and always available"

I called the nurse on the Friday as my husband wasn't well. She gave really good advice and listened to my worries. Always available to contact when I need advice.

"They're the best"

They're very good, they're available anytime we need them. It's easy to get appointments with them. Very good doctors, helpful and understanding, very engaging, really good. I'm very very happy with them. They're the best.

"Not helpful and no contact"

Social prescribers haven't got back to me and the GP hasn't been helpful when asking to be referred to mental health services.

"It's become terrible"

Can't get appointments. You have to call at 8AM and still can't get one. Always fully booked. You wait endlessly on the phones. Since covid its become terrible.

"They're doing a great job."

They're good when you go. You do struggle to get an appointment but I don't have to go often. Staff from the doctors to the receptionists are good. They're doing a great job.

"It depends what you want"

It depends what you want. You could get an appointment for a week in advance but nothing further than that. It can be rather difficult.

"Useless"

Too lazy to sort my issuse out. Got sent to a&e. Nurse also unimpressed with your half arsed lazy ways.

"Can make appointments"

Can get through on phones, can make appointments when I need them. They send for me and do a diabetic check and send for me every year for diabetic eye check.

It's helpful. They treat me well. They told me I knocked my knee and I had to go to the hospital.

"Fairly poor"

It takes an hour or more waiting on the phone to get to speak to someone about getting a GP's face to face appointment. The usual story when you do get through is that all the day's appointments have gone so try again tomorrow! I've had problems getting repeat prescriptions sent to the pharmacy too. Turned out that the practice stopped the repeats because the doctor needed to tell me a change of steroid for my asthma was needed, but I never found that out until I actually got the appointment. The doctor then took me without any sympathy or preamble that the 2 steroids she had prescribed for me over several years could not be continued as only one should have been given with the result that my bones will now have gone soft and I should be careful to avoid knocks or bumps or my bones would break. I had there and then about 2 minutes to decide which of the 2 steroids should be continued. An apology or some words of comfort would have been nice, but there were none. Then she told me she had sent the repeat prescription to the pharmacy but when it arrived only the items for treating asthma were there, but I have other serious conditions which have been prescribed for. Eventually I hit on the idea of ringing the practice to order a repeat prescription, then they would only include the items I named and not those I have used regularly for several years. I know doctors and staff have been under severe pressure because of the pandemic, but surely I should rightly have expected better attitudes and service than this. I dread to think what will happen when my next 2 monthly prescription is due to be delivered.

Can never get an appointment and with covid cant even get receptionist let alone speak to the doctor

Before covid you couldn't get an appointment and since covid it doesn't exist can't even get repeat prescriptions right.

"Although improved is still poor"

The appointment system although improved is still poor. Even before COVID-19 it was difficult to get an appointment and now we are forced to keep calling up every morning to get one.

"Absolutely first class all round"

Absolutely first class all round. They are doing a difficult job for patients in constricted circumstances and doing it well. They are there when needed and do their best to help. I was so pleased when they rang me with a vaccination appointment only a couple of days ahead.

"bias, no empathy, superficial treatment"

Dr shows No empathy regarding patients with long record history of mental health.

Dr she is treating patients with other conditions or mental health conditions bias and superficial;

total lack of experience regarding patients with mental health.

The staff from reception is treating you superficial and with lack of dignity and respect.

"GP is ok"

GP is ok, no problems in getting an appointment. I see two doctors, one has got more understanding of mental health than other so some training might help.

"Given me the support I needed"

They have been good and did my referral to FTB which has since given me the support I needed. They have been ok with any other health issue I’ve had.
