St Margaret's provide a good service. The receptionists are very nice and helpful. The doctors are very good and I feel very well looked after by them.
The surgery is very good. I find it easy to access appointments and the doctors and receptionist are very friendly and helpful. My diabetes is management very well by the medical staff at the surgery.
Good when you can get an appointment. Sometimes do not have any appointments at all. You just wait and wait.
GP has been really good. Good access and the receptionists are good too. The GP provides help and they offer screening such as bowel screening too.
They're good, you can get appointments and can see the same GP which is good and unheard of. Brilliant staff, they listen and they help.
St Margarets provide a good GP service I have no complaints. I can get appointments when I need one and the doctors are good. Arrangements were made for me to see a community midwife at Solihull Hospital because I could not attend on the days are at the surgery due to work. They were really helpful.
Getting an appointment is impossible. The lines are always busy. You can try and book online but it's pointless. I don't go often as it's a waste of time.
Good all round. Pretty efficient. I spam call from 8am and usually get an appointment.
I called them to register with them, and they said that I would need to go in to register with them.
