"It's near my home."
It's better for me as it's near to my house and I don't have to travel on the bus. I can usually get an appointment with the nurse but not the doctors as that is hard. I see a specialist for my arthritis.

Brilliant, I ring them up and make an appointment. Sometimes went in queue and they say leave a number and they call back and keep their word. But you will get an appointment with them anyway.
Very good service.
Not very good, they have few doctors and million patients.
I have been using the service since I can remember and it feels very much a part of the community. I always have great experiences of this service.
It was such a local ad great surgery Are they closing it , hope not
Telephone service not so good long waits ad no appointments unless you go in person ! But staff very polite and professional.

It's been incredibly hard to make contact w/GP. You can never get through on the phone and have to always leave a message and wait for someone to get back to you if they think you deserve a callback. My daughter tried for 2 months to get her vaccinations prior to going to university, she wasn't able to get an appointment in the end. I've had confusing messages about cancellation or rescheduling appointments. I've had to wait to speak to GP just to get a prescription. On the odd occasion I have spoken to the GP, they have been great.
Calling the surgery is a stressful experience to begin with, the line is constantly engaged. If they pick up the receptionists are rude and unhelpful or provide redundant information.
Making appointments at this surgery is a distressing experience as I know on the day they will take hours to see me, despite booking specific time slots they always overrun. They should not be taking in more patients as they cannot provide a sufficient service to the ones they already have.
Clinicians are also unprofessional. I have been in a surgery room and another clinician has walked in with no warning. The receptionists have also done the same to pass on messages to the doctor I am speaking to. No privacy and a lack of professionalism.
This place should be reported to the CQC to be examined and reviewed.
Struggle to get an appointment. Receptionists way to nosy and ask for too much information. They know my baby was premature but still have to explain everything to get an appointment. Moved to Birmingham from London. I thought my GP in London was bad but this one in Birmingham is worse. I have no consistency when seeing doctors, they are always locums. In London at least I had a regular doctor.
Receptionist rude, making decisions on behalf of the doctors, without consulting them. Asks what the problem is and if she thinks it’s not important then she will tell you there are no more appointments. Disgusting no body wants to to call up there GP for the fun of it. Confidentiality should be important and why would I need to be explaining my condition to a non-medical profession?
The reception staff could do with more training. Reception area needs re-thinking.
GP should provide more trained interpreters on 24 hour notice, they should have online system to book appointments. They should give me options if I want female or male interpreter.
