It can take a while to get through to them. I stay on the line for a very long time. If you go there in person. They say you have to ring. They won't book you in there and then. Just make it difficult.
I'm more concerned with the likes of my dad who doesn't use online and cannot do online to book appointments, therefore me or my brother has to do it for him. That is taking away his independence.
Can't get an appointment, if you get one you're waiting over an hour, others get seen and left before you. Even if you complain, you don't get the courtesy of a response. Not even a star is fit for this surgery. Spent so much on renovations, total waste of money, it's worse than ever. I’ve had enough and changed to a different surgery. This surgery needs to be put in special measures immediately.
Every time I go there there's an issue, you're left waiting to have the phone to be answered, can't get an appointment, even if you go in, if you're lucky to get one you end up waiting nearly an hour, while others who come in later gets seen before you, they spent money refurbishment, complete waste, wouldn’t give it one star
A good GP that always try to signpost me to services that are helpful for my daughter.
You need to phone them as soon as they open, then they tell you to call back at 3. Then you do and they say call back the next day or you wait 2 to 3 weeks for an appointment which is no good.
When I went to my first appointment, I couldn't fault them. They diagnosed me and they have been good ever since. Never any issues at all.
The staff have provided excellent care and support over the years.
You have to wait for days for an urgent appointment. They don't pick up calls or reply.
They are quite slow so if I'm ill I go to the pharmacy or just soldier on.
Asked more than once regarding results for previous blood test. First I was told that a nurse would call me, next time asking why no one called was told that all was fine. Repeat prescriptions not being passed over having to order again. Booked in for B12 injection and shingles jab, on the nurses screen was saying a blood test for that day. Don't feel reassured regarding the practice anymore.
Really hard, you can't get a same day appointment. If you don't get an appointment, you keep calling but you can't when you are working.
I'm not happy, I can't get an appointment. It's a bad service.
The worst, I can't get appointments easily. I call several times and they don't answer the phone. The doctor is good. The give others appointments, why not me?
I ring at 8:30AM and they tell me there aren't any appointments, the same things happens when I call at 3PM.
Sometimes it's difficult to get appointments but generally the doctors are good.
The midwife here is really good. I was given contact details and other information and am happy overall.
They're good. I can get appointments with them most of the time.
It is a training practice so if you don't mind seeing any doctor you can get an appointment. I can't say I have had any issues. They have seen me when I need to see them.

5. The receptionist are very rude and ask you to call 111.
6. If you get an appointment you will be seen by medical student first. The other doctor don't listen to your concerns and quickly give you medications without finishing your sentence.
Hard to get an appointment. Even for the kids. I get tonsillitis regularly and I end up going to the hospital because it's so bad.
Very difficult to get appointment and staff are always in a rush.
We have used new online booking system and it takes them 3 days to reply back, but for kids when I need appointments quicker, I call NHS111.

Can get appointments. They do morning and afternoon appointments, If you can’t get one in the morning, you can call back at 3pm for afternoon appointments.
I can get doctors appointments, happy with that surgery. Half the time they can't get the meds right because I'm on so much.
I find it very good. Only once or twice that I've had problems and that was trying to see a doctor during covid. Trying to describe symptoms over the phone is hard and I know they don't know everything. But no referrals were made to hospital even though I explained what was wrong. I had to push to see a dietician for the weight loss I was experiencing. I then had to push for them to supply food supplements.
I request doctor give me sick note my mouth tongue cracks too much paining out of control. doctor reply back me i am not ready to give sick note. Now i am more upset my mind on doctor till now.
My health conditions problem worse situation why not give doctor sick note for me. I booked appointment date on 9th febuary 2022 only request for sick note that day doctor talk out of limits insult words. I so feel bad atleast see my health conditions problem issue effect mouth tongue more cracks lots days i suffer my life. But doctor not understand my problem i already inform each and everything inform on my appointment day. Why doctor unnecessary create problem on me i don't know.
Now i am unhappy with doctor st Clement Surgery west Midlands Birmingham b7 5pr.
Once give doctor sick note easy solve my problem otherwise i am unhappy with doctor till now.

Always helpful. Although difficult to get appointments.
It’s a good GP surgery and I am happy with them. They are very helpful and they will send you to hospital when necessary. They also do free circumcision unlike some other GPs.

Drs give out medication for the sake of it. They don't look in to symptoms and give misdiagnosis which in turn they prescribe wrong medication which causes further problems
