"A bad service"
A bad service in general. Rude and unprofessional staff. The locums are better than the surgery GPs.

It's difficult to get an appointment but the GPs and nurses are very helpful.
They're good, really listen to me as a patient and fit appointments in around college which is important.
I can't fault them. They're really nice. If they can't they will call you.
I went yesterday and they were great. Helpful and saw me quickly. They also try and get you in at a time that suits you.
Very good, I can get appointments and the staff are very good and helpful. They referred me on when I was worried about fertility. They listened to me. They were very good.
My GP is good. They answer calls straight away and I get appointments at convenient times and as quickly as possible.
The GP picked up the cancer in time and referred my husband very quickly.
It's alright, they're okay. Staff are okay and the receptionists are kind and listen. So do the nurses and I don't rushed by them at all.
It's fine.
My previous GP was amazing but since I moved and registered here I don't really have a relationship with this new practice.
The GPs are very good but the new system of getting an appointment is a nightmare. I have tried so many times but can't get one.
They don't call me in for appointments anymore. They did arrange a health check otherwise I feel that they don't care.
Always helping us. The appointments can take a long time to get but the doctors and the receptionists are very very good.
Sometimes there is no answer. Appointments are okay, I am filling a form before 10:00AM to get an appointment.
GP is horrible. The wait time is too long. There are no appointments and they don't respond to emergencies. There are so many bad reviews about them and nothing seems to be done about it.
Very efficient surgery. Can get appointments easily and see my own GP all of the time.
GP is very good and always helpful.
I received a wonderful service from my GP. When I went to see my GP at Springfield Road Medical Centre for some routine blood tests in May this year they observed that the lump on my neck had swollen and turned red. The GP sent me to QEH immediately.
Happy with using the doctors. They seem to care about the individual person they are serving. Haven’t had trouble getting in contact with them. The practice nurses are good too.
I rarely go to see them. My carer sorts it out for me. I can speak to the doctor and see the doctor if I needed to.
They are good doctors. They see my mom they know her health conditions and they help her. They are very helpful.
Doctors are best however the reception staff is poor.
Nearly impossible to get an appointment- my 91 year old mother was called back 2 weeks later after being promised the doctor would give her a phone appointment- disgusting length of time.
GP ok
Service is good, struggling to get appointments. Phone 8:00 am - waiting long time in queue. 30 mins and when they answer no appointments - waiting 3 weeks. You can't see the doctor you want to see. Because of this don't try and access other healthcare services.
Can't get an appointment. If you do ask for an appointment, it will be in 2 to 3 weeks time. When you see a doctor - quite good medicines management. Telephone service. Staff don't wear name badges.
The doctor/surgery is really nice, but I find to get an appointment very difficult to get
Long wait time and NHS staff are sometimes rude
