"Excellent service and care"
I was treated here as an NHS patient on two separate occasions. I had a hip replacement and a knee replacement. The hospital is absolutely brilliant. The staff and doctors were great. The operations went well, and I had a private room during my stays. The food was perfect. Parking at the hospital was free and there were plenty of spaces to park in. The physio I had following the operation was great and I also had very good follow on appointments and physio here too. Overall my experience was absolutely outstanding.
"Care was good"
I had a knee replaced within 6 months of going of my GP and getting referred. The care was good. I had an issue with the aftercare but it was resolved.
"Reassuring check ups"
Following NHS cancer treatment and having been diagnosed with it twice I now pay privately for three monthly check ups and scans. This provides me with reassurance and is not available on the NHS. The service I receive is wonderful and worth every penny.

I have had a very good experience of accessing private GP care at Spire Parkway Hospital. I had opted for this route because I have become so frustrated with NHS GP services. I am fortunate that I am covered through my job. I can call my medical insurance company who can facilitate same day appointments at Spire Parkway.
"Left with ongoing problem following operation"
My experience of Spire Parkway Hospital Solihull was initially very good. I was treated as an NHS patient. Appointments went well, the staff were friendly and helpful. I had my knee replacement operation done here and at the time things seemed to go well. I have however been left with ongoing problems following the operation. My leg has been left shorter than the other which has led to ongoing problems.

I was referred here by my GP and the service was excellent. I had an injection and physiotherapy sessions booked in.
"They're good"
I had blood pressure checks, blood tests and my liver checked here. They made an appointment quickly. They're good.
"Too long a wait."
I called and they said it would be a 3 month wait. Too long.
"I couldn't wait for appointments on NHS"
I didn't want to wait for appointments with the hospital as I was worried it could be cancerous and I had to wait a long time. They booked me in quickly but I had to pay. I know i will end up seeing the same person on the NHS but I need it looking at desperately.
"I waited so long I came here"
I waited for so long for treatment that I paid to be seen and have injections in my hand. I couldn't afford any further treatment done by them as the initial cost was over £200 and there was costs involved with MRI's and other things. What they did was great but unaffordable in the long term.
"Treatment done quickly."
I had my lumpectomy operation here. They were really good. All treatment and everything was done quickly and they were so helpful. It was just quite lonely not having family there for support.
