Very good private care experience when visiting for a knee operation. The care during my stay and aftercare since was very good.
I had my knees done here on the NHS. Really good service and care given.
I was referred here and a doctor then referred me on quickly. They were really quick.
They thought I may have had a stroke so they did little checks here. The service was brilliant, they asked if they thought it may be dementia but I don't think it is. They are now sending me for a specialised scan. They organise everything very quickly.
I had knee replacement after waiting for 3 months referral from my GP. It was done on the NHS and they were brilliant. Very caring there.
I was referred on by my GP for a 2 week referral and in the time waiting I went private and was seen and operated on very quickly. The operation was okay. It didn't go to plan and they ended up doing open surgery. I was discharged from them after 2 days with no dressing plan in place. I had complications from the operation but the hospital is looking into it. They handed me over to the tissue viability service due to the hole but everything is now healing better. The NHS later sent me an urgent referral appointment 3 months after my cancer diagnosis.
Went there for knee operation 3 months ago. They are quite good. 5 months wait for operation but NHS referred me and got it done there.
Paid for private blood tests and they took 3 weeks for results to be sent to my GP. Even after consulting & chasing them. I am querying why it took so long.
Fee too much. Long wait on NHS so paid to see a consultant. They took info from GP. I couldn’t wait any longer and wanted answers.
Waited months for a knee replacement however, was referred to private for free due to waiting for a while at another hospital. Staff at Little Aston were brilliant, they treated me very well and good aftercare was provided. Had the same consultant all the way through so they got to know me. Physio was great as well.
