"Very good care provided"
They provide a very good service. When there have been concerns they have referred me straight to the Eye Hospital. They have a great team of staff.

They're fine. Prescriptions are free so it's good. A good selection of frames and they give good advice.
Quite good, not badly priced. They seem every year and I get so much off glasses too.
They're really good. They have loads of nice frames too and will fix them for free if they're broken.
They're alright. They shouldn't make us wait so long when you have an appointment tough as it can be frustrating.
Brilliant, they're fine. I've have been going to them for years and they have always been good. They get the glasses made quickly too.
£50.00 for one ear and it took 10 minutes. Very expensive.
I find them expensive, even with an NHS exemption certificate. It's the actual glasses that are expensive. It's all the little extra's that add up. Staff were good though.
The service is very good. They referred me to the eye hospital for an abnormality on the back of my eyes and I've still not heard anything after waiting over 18 months.
They did test wrongly which forced me to go to hospital.
They're good. They get back to you and give us the closest available appointment. I booked an appointment for grandad for his hearing test and they gave the soonest available appointment.
They're fine. Pay extra to have the test for the back of my eyes. My eyesight has improved. They said I could change my glasses or leave them as it was only slight. But they gave me an option.
