"Refused refund on faulty glasses"
"Can you return products if you are unhappy with them"? Apparently not. Despite what is written on their website, the specsavers in Harborne refused to refund me for the glasses I bought from them two weeks before even when they failed to get the prescription correct twice.
First, they claimed that the refund policy was for online only, then when I pointed out that the wording specifies buying glasses in store, they claimed that that meant returning glasses but did not entitle anyone to refunds.
It was only when I threatened to take the matter to small claims court and post this review online that the manager promised to discuss the matter with their director. I await hearing back from them.

They're alright. The cost of glasses can be expensive. I can make appointments easily and they talk through things at appointments.
