I wear spectacles that require a prism in addition to them being varifocals so they can take longer to be manufactured. This time I asked that the new lenses be fitted to my current frames, as they were less than a year old. This meant that I would have to wear my older prescription in my spare pair until the new ones were ready-normally two weeks. As I as struggling with the older prescription Kelly contacted the manufacturer and I had my new prescription a couple of days later. Excellent service.
