"I have to book BSL interpreter"
When you ill you can't see them the same day. I have to book a BSL interpreter. It's been like it for four years. Lack of support for the deaf community.

The doctors aren't best and don't follow up. You see any GP never the same one. No continuity which kids can struggle with.
They send text messages. Appointments are okay. They give same day appointments. They're okay.
I hate that it's difficult to get appointments. I hate their referrals it takes forever. The staff are lovely though.
It was trouble. They used to give late appointments and weren't very helpful so changed practice.
Very kind dentist who explains everything very well.
I give them 5 stars. They're so helpful and amazing. I can get appointments and they will see me very quickly so no long waits.
Sent me here for a mammogram. They made me feel comfortable and talked me through what would happen.
There were ongoing issues and eventually they said we needed to be seen by ENT so got him referred. The GP is good in general and we can find appointments when we need one.
GP: the doctors are nice and understand I prefer to see the same doctor. However the reception staff are very difficult. They either talk at me or ignore me. I ask them to write down what they say but they won't. I have tried to complain to the manager but they never listen to me and always side with their staff.
I am profoundly Deaf and use BSL as my first language.
Everything is good here. I can get appointments when needed.
I went for a kidney scan and it was fine, no problems. I got in quicker and was almost back in my car before my appointment time which doesn't happen often.
It's really good. You have to ring early if you want an appointment. I called to enquire about my baby's injections and she said she would get the nurse to call me but she didn't.
I joined them 2 months ago. So far they are fine. I have seen my new GP 3 times in 2 months. At least I can get an appointment here.
The GP surgery are no help. You call at 8:05AM and there's not any appointments. They are not helpful, they are definitely failing as a service.
Very difficult to get an appointment. They just don't pick up the phone and never call back if you leave a message.
My GP referred me to the QE and the Royal Orthopaedic on time for further treatment. They provide excellent information, support and advice on a timely basis.
Our GP resigned during covid and nobody informed us about it. There is a lack of communication at all levels.
You can't get an appointment even if you call them 100 times. Always busy. It's very difficult to get your prescription on time. It always takes 2 to 3 days.
GP is very kind and tries to help all the time but the reception staff are very rude.
Very rude reception staff. Always in a hurry.
Very nice and kind GP. Always available.
Difficult to get an appointment. Phone busy all the time. Rude reception staff.
Really long wait at walk in centre when needed to be seen but they were helpful.
They're not bad, I can get appointments. They transferred me to the community midwife here and I saw her two weeks ago. All absolutely okay.
Its absolutely out of the way, they're overstretched. They're getting the backlog of Allens Croft. It's too far to go.
GP’s not so good. She is diabetic and they are not providing the equipment to do the diabetic check.
Cannot get appointments with them. You ring up and they say no more appointments and to get in contact with NHS 111 service.
Had a scan there in September after 3 years and they told me what was wrong. The ladies there were brilliant. We had a good talk about my nerves and they made me feel comfortable.
Very difficult to get appointments, you can be on phone for an hour with no appointment in the end. I haven’t seen my GP in last 2 years.
The GP’s have disappeared after Covid and its very difficult to see them. My medication has not been reviewed for 2 years.
Paul test
Good service with lots of support for my disabled son.
When I ring I don’t get appointment. Can’t get through receptionist.
Long wait and rude staff.
Doctors are great.
I had a phone appointment with a Doctor, the Dr gave me the wrong information telling me I need a referral from another Dr... to get me off the phone, waste of time. Spoke to another Dr different surgery that laughed and told me the simple process and also told me there is no referral process just a simple 30 seconds chat... Now I have to go through the hassle of booking back in with this dreadful surgery. Waste of time
Very bad. Whenever you need an appointment you can’t get one. Service is very bad.
Can be very difficult to contact by phone but very happy with the appointments when I get them. They also contacted me very quickly when it was my turn to get my Covid vaccinations and booked me in to receive it within a few days.
Super quick, easy and well staffed
Impossible to make a same day appointment. Receptionists are insensitive and never pick up the phones. I have seen them ignore the ringing phone with my own two eyes. Doctors don’t really listen to your concerns and are quick to dismiss you with a random prescription. 10000% do not recommend
Waiting time for appointments - have to wait at least half an hour at surgery
Takes at least a month to get an appointment to be seen by a GP. They do not give special attention to elderly disabled and young disabled children (have person experience with this)
appointments - unable to get appointment, over 2 days late at times.
