I had cataracts removed and the service was pretty good. Good communication. I had laser treatment not an operation and they were very good. Since my procedure I have had better balance.
They sent me an appointment to attend on a Tuesday. I called them and they didn't answer. The called back and told me it was important to come in and if I knew how serious it was but they knew I had had the condition for two years previous.
Got frustrated with the wait but they went as fast as they could to have cataract surgery. They gave us good follow up advice.
I have injections to prevent deterioration and I go every year to get them. They are okay there.

Gave me the choice. Gave me injections for the Macular Degeneration. It was a much nicer and better experience. They don’t treat you like another number like they do at QE.

The doctors referred me to Spamedica as an NHS patient and they are absolutely brilliant. They arranged blood tests for my ongoing eye problems. Dealing with them has been brilliant.
