Lied to get 135 and lied in assessment I want to complain
The home treatment team is short staffed and not attend appointments as arranged. When you call, on 0121 301 5500 , you get put through a call handler/administrator then they have to find your details and then they contact the south-east (or whatever area you're in) home treatment team.
Not put through to a trained mental health clinician like an occupational therapist as was the case with Forward Thinking Birmingham's Home Treatment Team.
The staff are rude and condescending when you do finally get through to a clinician.
This team do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They literally do NOTHING. Not a thing. They don't answer the phone, don't do visits, don't make calls.
To much to tell really, keep telling porkies, unable to complete a mental health assessment. They must have lost a lot funding because they used to be a good service
How is this home treatment? To send medication out in a taxi to a client who has just left oleaster??
The first day using this service and the nurse didn’t turn up to appointment with patient. Leaving patient very disheartened and in despair.
