"Good service and referred for further care"
It was a good service and they referred me on for blood tests for a severe infection.

They can't really do anything. You just end up being sent to Heartlands A&E.
They were very good and the bloke was lovely. I had problems with a double booking though.
I attended the UTC with a shoulder problem after being told to go there by my GP surgery. They told me that because I had not experienced any trauma there was nothing they could do for me, would not examine me and could not run any tests or arrange any.
I had total hearing loss and was worried about driving so I got a taxi to get advice and help. They were so helpful and on this occasion I left feeling a lot better and less worried.
Amazing service.
Pretty good. Not an overly long wait and they often help you.
My experience of Solihull Urgent Treatment Centre's minor injury department was pretty good. I was not waiting too long to be seen and I had an x-ray. They gave me a splint and explained that I needed to see a doctor and they booked me an appointment for the next day at Heartlands Hospital.
I was sent a link to book an appointment at Solihull Urgent Treatment Centre. I was unable to use the link so attended the department for assistance or for them to book the appointment for me. I was told that there were no available appointments and that I would have to visit another UTC or walk in centre. A disappointing service.
I went to the Solihull Urgent Treatment Centre, the staff were friendly and helpful but could not examine me properly and were concerned that I had a neurological problem and told me to go to A&E at another hospital.
My experience of Solihull Urgent Treatment Centre was good. I found it useful that you could select your own appointment time using the online system. The appointment went well and I was seen in good time. My only concern would be for people who are unable to use the online booking system.
I attended the urgent treatment centre at Solihull Hospital. They couldn't/wouldn't do a scan and told me to take paracetamol or go to Heartlands Hospital.
They left me for two hours before checking if my nose was okay and it kept bleeding. The care was okay but the service in the beginning wasn't. It took awhile but the nurse was so so good when they finally saw me.
My experience of Solihull Urgent Treatment Centre was good. I made the appointment online. I did not wait too long for my appointment and the doctor was good.
My experience of Solihull Urgent Treatment Centre was very good. They were very thorough and sent me to the hospital via ambulance due to my age (I am over 100).
I attended the minor injuries department at Solihull Urgent Treatment Centre and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I waited 7 hours in total to be treated. I was triaged 3 times by different members of staff who could not treat me. Other people were coming and going while I waited and waited. Eventually I was seen by a nurse who was able to dress the wound. It was extremely frustrating. I waited 7 hours to be treated by a nurse which took 5 minutes.
I managed to book an appointment via NHS 111. The doctor I saw was very good but there was a long wait for my appointment.
The service I received was fantastic. I was triaged within 10 minutes and sent for an x-ray. I cannot fault the service.
I attended the urgent treatment centre after I fell and burnt myself. I was told that the wait was at least four hours. I was in such bad pain that I left without being seen and I have now got long term complications from the burns which went untreated.
My experience was fine. I waited over two hours to be seen and had an x-ray. The staff were unsure and wanted a doctors opinion so booked me a follow on appointment at Heartlands Fracture Clinic.
I attended Solihull Urgent Treatment Centre with an elbow injury. I was treated as expected. There was a long queue at 8am but I was satisfied with the waiting times and treatment received. Having something at Solihull Hospital is fabulous.
I accessed a GP appointment at Solihull Urgent Treatment Centre via NHS 111 who sent me a link. I was able to book an appointment with ease for that day. The doctor was good and I was seen on time.
