They're lovely and very approachable. My grandson is seeing a psychologist and a psychiatrist. The crisis team help. They know me by first name.
I took part in a 12 week anxiety course. The course was delivered over the telephone. I did not find the course very helpful and since it ended I am on another waiting list for more support. You just don't get the help you need unless you are at crisis point.
Couldn't rate them higher. They're good at communicating, checking in on kids. Check on kids prescriptions. Rearrange appointments if need to and will ring to let me know medication is ready.
