"The one doctor is rude and upsets me"
The GP is rude and has bad body language. I said if she is rude again I'm changing. All the others are fine. When I see her I get scared. I requested not to see her. She has no time for me or listen to me and it upsets me. I take away a star because of her.

They're okay but they kept putting pressure on me to have meds and my kids to have injections. I told the GP I had PCOS and that I had been having very heavy periods and painful period since a child and they didn't believe me, said it was all in my head and didn't refer for tests. Finally when I did get referred I was diagnosed with PCOS. I could have got it sorted much sooner. He didn't even know what it was.

It's an in person service every time I have been. Easy to make an appointment and the receptionists and doctors are all good.

My 88 year old Gran was having severe back pain so I tried for an entire week to get an appointment. After a while of trying we managed to get a phone consultation with a doctor. my mum had a face to face appointment at the surgery and instead of the doctor calling my gran, they just asked my mum her symptoms and provided her with antibiotics for a urine infection. After seeing no improvement and a worsening of her condition, we inquired further with the GP, again unable to get an appointment. As the pain was becoming unbearable we called 111 who told us to wait for a phonecall back from a local walk in centre who took 9 hours to call only to say call an ambulance. after calling the ambulance they advised us to take her to a&e. Now they have admitted her as she might have a fracture in her back bone and tests concluded she didnt have a urine infection at all. We could have just gone to a&e in the first place rather than having a sleepless, painful night!! I understand the services and resources are limited but it feels like we have been messed around and neglected. I dont understand why there is only one GP in the surgery at a time? This all could've been avoided if the GP just had seen her in the first place.

so i've been on the phone from 7:59 am (lines open at 8) and got a message to say call lines are at capacity, fair enough. I called at least 10x until I finally got to the queue. I was in the queue for 45 minutes, again thats fine, I appreciate its busy. I finally speak to the receptionist and explain I was given 1 week antibiotics and the doc said to call on Monday if infection hasn't cleared and she can prescribe another 1 week course without a break in the course." The receptionists don't treat you like human, she heard everything and said "theres no appointments". I said "I dont need an appointment, the doctor told me to call on Monday to tell her if it's worked and I'm trying to tell her so can you not atleast pass on the message. I can't spend all week calling because if I don't get appt by today there'll be a break in the course", she reiterated "there are no appointments" like a robot. They need to assess each individual rather than constantly repeating same lines. I didn't want to waste doctors time by taking up a whole appointment for something that can be solved in a less than a 2min telephone conversation. Also few weeks ago I took my son to doctors and a patient wanted to make an appointment. One of the new receptionists very rudely told him to call in but the patient said it doesn't make sense because the doctor told him to book an appointment and the phone lines are busy so why can't he do it at the reception? stupid unfair rule told to the guy very rudely

I don’t like my present GP because he is Rude and unhelpful. The doctor did not welcome scope for service which would restore me to health and emotional happiness. Inadequate community mental health care and respect, no help available.
