I have always received a great service from Shirley Medical Centre. I have a disability and the staff have always gone the extra mile for me. I have no problems getting appointments on the same day when I need one.

Good. Yes I can get appointments not immediate unless urgent can wait a week to 10 days. I'm happy with the care provided.

They're getting better now. I am competent with the new online system but worried for those that aren't.

It is rare that I can get an appointment here. My biggest gripe is that I never see the same doctor twice. Regardless of the notes on the system they ask why you are there and you have to explain your medical history and what the problem is. That is how mistakes are made.
