The receptionist here is friendly and helpful. I find the service in general good too. The online system is better than the phone system for booking appointments.

The online system works well and is better then the phone system. The appointments are good, I have never really had to use emergency ones. The nurses are good for jabs and kids vaccinations.

There are about 7 of the surgeries all linked together and they're all the same. One or two services not available. I need my ear cleared out. They used to do it here but not now as told me it wasn't needed. You can get sent anywhere. They also cancel appointments by text and send you to the wrong surgery on a regular basis.
Pretty good. You don't hang about waiting. They see you, listen to you and make referrals if needed.
No complaints about the surgery but one disappointing area is that my husband has stage 4 cancer and there is no acknowledgment of this. They are supposed to be supporting with end of life care, but they aren't great. He has tried to get to see a GP and has to wait a month. He needs the support now for the pain as he is terminal. He just wants to feel okay.
I like this surgery as it's spacious and the parking is great. The reception staff are nice, helpful and polite. The only negative is that there are so many surgeries that are merged and sometime patients get forgotten.
The surgery is fine, I don't have any problems. I can't request old prescribed medication online though just ongoing ones. I have to call the surgery as its not on the repeat list but sometimes I need the spray as I have had a heart attack previously.
My GP is looking after me well after I had a heart attack some years ago.
Waiting times for appointments are bad and I'm never seen on time. Every time you call they just send a link to a form. I am still waiting on a referral. It's not good here.
My son has gone in to see a GP today on his own. He said he felt listened to supported. He is being referred so he is happy about that.
The online system is hard. Taking pictures to send across is especially difficult. The doctor is okay but I would like to see the same one instead of different ones each time.
Really good. The online system is really good. The GPs are good too and I always try and get appointments here if possible.
SHP have got better but they are still not as good as they should be. The online system is acceptable but I have to get my son to book the for me and even he struggles. I did manage to get an appointment the last time I needed one, despite the receptionist not being helpful. The frustrating thing is that you see a doctor and the doctor tells you that they want to see you again the next week or in two weeks time but you are unable to book that appointment. The receptionists tell you that you have to wait and make contact on the day by the online form. This just does not make sense and is very frustrating.
I've been sent here so many times instead of my own practice. There isn't anything wrong with them but it's not my GP. The staff are all nice and they're helpful.
Getting appointments is a nightmare. You wait with 35 in a queue and then when you get through they send a link. I walked in the snow for my bloods form after already calling to make sure they had them but when I got there they said they didn't have them.
The online system is working well, I always receive a call back on the same day and I have been given on the day face to face appointments. The doctors are good and I find them really helpful. The 10 minute time limit is not always enough time, and I think this puts too much pressure on the doctors. Phlebotomy appointments are often given at other surgeries but this is not a problem for me.

You queue in the cold so I told them but it was the same the next time I went for vaccinations. Needs to be better organised. Felt like a herd of animals then you're rushed. It's not friendly.

Unfortunately, we received an influx of patients who attended the surgery at the same time instead of the recommended arrival time of 5 minutes before the appointment. Alongside the unexpected weather and a system error at the start of the day, there were unforeseeable delays which lead to a mass number of patient in the queue. Our staff worked as efficiently as possible to reduce the waiting times and get patients seen to as soon as possible.

The new online booking system has made accessing appointments much easier. I filled out the online triage form and received a call offering me a face to face appointment on the same day. The doctors here are good, I feel listened to and that I receive good and thorough care from them.

I had a PSA test and didn't get the results. I had to go on the NHS app. I suppose no news is good news.

My experience has been fine. I am finding the new online system good. The doctors are very nice and helpful. The online system is a big improvement to the service. Communication is poor and trying to get repeat prescriptions is difficult. I cannot access the booking form online and I have to contact the surgery for them to send me a separate link to access it. In general I am happy with the service but there is room for improvement.

The service at SHP Monkspath is good when we get to see a doctor but it is quite often difficult and time consuming to get an appointment, particularly at short notice. My diabetes is managed well by the diabetes nurse at the surgery.

The surgery has recently shown slight improvements but it is still very difficult to get an appointment. I do not think it's being managed properly. The online system is hard if you are not very conversant, if you are not IT savvy. There are also problems with how long you wait for your appointment when you attend the surgery.

My son has been seen three times recently. He is 18 and have complex additional needs including ASD, OCD and mental health problems. I do not feel like we are getting anywhere in terms of help. The doctors are good but there are limits to what they can provide and where they can refer us to.

My experience as a patient with asthma has been poor. I can never get appointments and I can never get appointments to get prescriptions for inhalers that I cannot be without. I have become so frustrated with the poor service that I have started to pay privately for my inhalers to completely cut out the hassle of constantly chasing them for appointments and prescriptions which is very difficult when you work full time too.

I find the surgery great for the children. I can get them straight in when they need an appointment. However, when trying to book appointments for myself the system is not great. For some reason the online triage system does not work for me and I have raised the problem with the surgery. I have to therefore rely on the phone system and still struggle to get through and can often be 40th in the queue or cannot get into the queue because lines are so busy. I think that the problem is that the system is centralised and there are too many surgeries connected now. I have had a number of problems trying to get medication for a condition I have and I have now been told that I need to obtain a letter from my private service provider outlining the condition and treatment I need before they will issue a prescription for the medication. I am unable to get the medication privately or I would have, but I do have to pay for the letter to be written although they did give me all the details to pass over to the surgery.

Accessing appointments here is very difficult. The communication is poor and the care is not consistent either. It really depends who you see. I also sometimes have to travel to other surgeries but I don't mind that.

The are absolutely dreadful. I find it difficult to access appointments and there is a general lack of communication from them. When you can get in some of the doctors are good but others aren't.
