"Rude receptionist"
The receptionist here is rude and needs more training.
The receptionist here is rude and needs more training.
They're good and I can get an appointment when it's an emergency. They're understanding of my condition and very helpful. They always send prescriptions on time and it's easy to sort.
If you can get through to them, they're okay. There's loads of people trying to access them. It's just so busy.
The GP has said they will refer me onto physio or occupational therapy for support with a walking aid. Excellent there, I changed to them recently and have got everything I have needed and want. If I want referrals I get them. They can't do enough for you. Very helpful reception staff too. They give me an appointment within the hour.
I don't go that often, but when I do see a doctor they are good. I have never had any problems with them.
I had a chest infection. I went down to see the doctor and had a telephone conversation and they sent me a rescue pack and it worked. They're a lot better than my old practice and a lot more helpful too. They give you better options and have a lot more time for me.
They're okay. I don't have to use them that often or deal with them as my mom books most of my appointments. They're are nice when I go.
