They always take good care of my son. Sometimes you have to be a bit pushy with what we need. They see him when he needs them.
The GP is okay. I never have any problems.
Difficult to get an appointment. It takes a long time.
The triage occupational therapist told me to call them to get an appointment and they never got back to me. It's so frustrating and making me worse.
The call back service for appointments is very good. If there are no appointments they will send you to Badger.
I don’t really have a problem with the service here, they are quite good. I stick to one doctor who is very good. It can sometimes be difficult to get an appointment even if you call as soon as they open. If it is too difficult I call 111 and they get me an appointment at the hospital as it is quicker. While my usual doctor here is good when I have had to see other doctors I haven’t been satisfied with the care I have received.

My parents have been with them for a long time. GPs are very good but sometimes it's very difficult to get an appointment.
Excellent service GP listen and receptionist are polite and also listen to your issues before guiding you to correct outcome.
If it's an emergency then they're really fast. I see different doctors all the time. I also have to explain each time which isn't good.
Most of the time I see a locum doctor. There is no continuity of care. Very difficult to get an appointment, especially emergency ones.

They're just okay. I don't like going there because the doctors don't really listen. You barely get an appointment and when you eventually get one after a long wait the doctors just talk and don't listen. The receptionists are okay but the rest is not good.
The services are very good, I do have problems getting appointments however.
Really good practice. I get an appointment with different doctors but that's fine with me. Making an appointment is quite easy.
I have never had any issues with them. They have always been helpful and I can get appointments easily.
The GP is alright I suppose. It's just getting an appointment when your working is hard. You have to call at 8am or go into the surgery and you can't get an appointment. It's wrong. A bit more support for working people is needed.
The way the surgery is managed is very impressive. Excellent staff and communication is good.

I don’t go for myself, go for the kids but they don’t listen. Terrible to get an appointment. You start ringing at 8:30 and lucky if you get through at 9am and then all appointments have gone.
I don't feel they do well with mental health. The doctor made me feel like a hypochondriac when I needed mental health support. I ended up getting support from my children's nursery who referred me to a support worker and Womens Aid for support. The doctors could have been helpful and referred me to a NHS service.
They saw me straight away but it did take a long time on the phone. You can be on the phone for half an hour then there's no appointments left. I told them my symptom and they said they would refer me on an emergency pathway.
I can get appointments but I can wait a long time on the phone to get that appointment and get through. They are trying their best, everyone's under stress at the moment.
Can I get an appointment, you're joking. They wouldn't even come out for me when I was ill. When I'm bad I just have to call the ambulance straight away. Absolutely useless.
Diabetes test doctor said no further action O but there is as put my results to online doctor and they told me I could get type 2 with in 10 years that's if last that long lol
If you phone them, you get appointments and they're face to face. They're quite good.

Lovely and incredibly helpful receptionists. Always have the time of day. I never feel put out by them or shooed along.
Proffesional sevice at all times, nothing is to much trouble, always ready to advise and help with problems.

The staff are polite and very helpful through this pandemic , it's been hard work as they have had to take on some criticism from patients , the staff have done fantastic service for myself and family through all :)
