The come out twice a day to support him. They have got him into a routine and are very helpful and work around him and us as a family. They know his care needs and it's often the same staff so they get to know him.
My Father has been using the Kingstanding/Sutton Coldfield branch for several months now. My main contact at the Branch was extremely helpful. The team always showed my father great respect. I can only speak as I find and I was so impressed by there professionalism, care and compassion, they should be so proud of themselves. A HUGE thank you to you all.
Dealing with late stages in life, I need much more help and support with my husband and I prefer to speak to one person or a familiar face as I get stressed out as things go wrong and I cannot get across my message. Also I explain to many people over the phone and they interrupt me and talk to fast which is concerning. I cannot take in a lot of information at the same time. They need to understand the condition of their patients.
Carers miss calls, they are late and when I say late extremely late...one carer had to complete 37 visits in one day need I say more ! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY !
