"Call back the same day"
I don't use it often but when I do they help me. I have to fill in a form and they call me back the same day.

Good. I don't have to go that often. I feel that they understand me. When I have been for appointments. I don't like having to talk to receptionists. It should be private between me and the GP.
Online booking often doesn't work, so I go in or ring. The GP is good and helpful.
Really quite good and they have same day appointments if needed. They also offer telephone appointments which is good.
It's good, accessible and I can phone them. I'm satisfied.
I had a positive experience when I was a child.
You can get sent by 111 for same day emergency appointments. They're okay but they can't do referrals or get us help any sooner.
They're good. I call them and they get me an appointment and call me back with the information the same day. I find them a helpful service.
Phoned for emergency appointment was told you are caller No 8 in the queue, 50 minutes later you are caller No7 in the queue. Utterly useless staff even when you walk in they will only deal with you if you refuse to leave the counter.. will be putting in a formal complaint about this dreadful practice.
A very kind and helpful GP. I can get appointments very easily. They also referred baby to the Women's.
Service is good. The medication prescribed didn't work though.
I have been trying to get a repeat prescription, it's been 7 day and I am still struggling
It's too busy. You have to wait so long for an appointment. It can take up to 4 days to see a GP.
Very difficult to get an appointment and reception staff are very slow in processing requests. Repeat prescription requests take 3 days to process.
It should be easier to make an appointment rather than telephone conversations. Many people don't have a mobile which, makes it difficult to hang around for half a day. They offered the flu jab jab and then I asked about the covid jab and they gave me a number to book at the QE. But they did them together last time.
When you phone the doctor they answer and ask you what is your problem. You don't get to see a doctor face to face, you get a call. It would be nice if I could see the doctor to examine me but they don't do that. The waiting room is quiet. Nobody is there but they don't call us in to the centre. They did a blood and kidney test but they have not done any Dementia tests.
They're useless. You can't get hold of anyone. I phone and phone and if you want to see a doctor you have no chance. I wait weeks for a phone call and they may see you, but that could be now, or tomorrow or the next day. You can't call up and choose.
They just listen to all of my concerns all of the time. Very good GP.
2 star for getting the appointment. 5 star for actual service provided. Doctors are fine.
No support for Arthritis at all. Very difficult to get appointment.
The manager, on asking for her help, refused to let me use the disabled toilet and forced me to use the normal toilet, I asked her for urgent medical help and she turned into a character and said "if you don't leave, I will call the police" She seriously needs to be in some kind of hospital with bars on the window for the sake of patients and the surgery
Really good. Especially our doctor. Daughter under mental health team and get appointments quite quickly. If I can’t get it with our doctor, they will get pharmacist to ring depending on what the issue is.
Very disappointed by the poor quality of service delivery.
I took my daughter there. We had to wait but it was fine, she got seen. It's all good to have when you can see the GP and get an appointment very easily.
Don’t have a lot to do with them but I get the medication I need from them and they send it to the pharmacy for me to pick it up.
Automatically sent a fit note by email from 9th March to 25th March but it was a wrong date. Had to contact them but haven’t had a chance to contact them.
Wonderful service. The staff, doctors, receptionists, nurses, they're good as gold. Cannot compare the health services in the UK to any other country.
Not good, appointments or phones. You can call to speak to them before an appointment and they will not answer until your appointment time. They don't answer the call how do you get an appointment. They tell you you should have got us on the phone, but how can I make an appointment if I cannot get through.
Good, I can get appointments. I have an appointment tomorrow.
It's alright, if you call at a particular time in the morning get an on the day appointment. The appointments with the nurse are face to face.
They are ok but most of the time difficult to get an appointment. GP’s are good.
Staff have no knowledge no experience and definitely NO people skills
Very satisfied.
Brilliant surgery-lovely, kind, helpful staff and doctors
The receptionists are great and do everything they can to help.
It was really good. I find them really responsive and helpful with situations that may arise.
So far I had 1 f2f appointment, 2 phone appointments a smear test and blood tests. The experience I have had was very positive. Everyone there is very polite.
Luckily I had few appointments with this GP surgery but in most of them I experienced a very poor service. Because I'm a foreigner, I had to submit my health reports for the GP to update my health record, and it took me several months and many calls to have this done.
I managed to burn my foot over the Easter weekend and while I was able to get an appointment, the dressing didn't cover all the burns properly. Thankfully I was able to cover that with additional plasters. The instructions for the Covid protocols weren't entirely clear either.
Very good, always seen or spoken too if needed
triaging over covid has been excellent
It can feel a bit rushed when sitting down with a GP but I understand GPs are busy. Wish there was an easier way to book an appointment. At present, you'd have to phone or queue at 8am to obtain an appointment.
Managed to get a call back despite the receptionist and the very lengthy answerphone message. Your health could deteriorate getting past this first hurdle.
Terrible, unethical and irresponsible.
I have been let down by this surgery on many occasions, i feel that the staff are rude have no understanding of someone that suffers with mental health. You can never get an appointment
Selly oak health centre is good but sometimes getting an appointment by phone is not easy. Online appointments also not helpful because available appointments are longer (at least a week after dates we get appointment).
I am with them since last 50 years. They are doing great job by helping old people like me. Thank you
