Really bad. The GP has never done any reviews. I'm not getting any help and suffering as my husband declines. We never see the same GP so they don't know his history.
Got cancer but they won’t see you. Tell you to go to hospital. Receptionist said two doctors are never there
It's hard when I go to the doctors sometimes because of my dyslexia. They say things I don't understand. But they will write things down for me so I can understand it better.
Good able to get appointments. High numbers in queue.
Were not open and couldn’t get an appointment, still not giving out many appointments. If you ask for a telephone consultation you have to wait a week.
Even if you call at 8am you are in a long queue and when you get through all appts gone
Since they joined impossible to speak to our regular dr, long wait on telephone to get through , seems like only nurses are seeing people I feel sorry for the receptionists and nurses surely now dr had jabs they can return to the practice
Absolutely awful. Can only get a telephone appointment if prepared to wait 8/9 days.
I know things are difficult in these times but I can't understand why our doctors are only operating a phone service. If you need help and ring you are on hold in a queue for about 30-45 mins. when you get through they give you a phone consultation in about 7 days. They are not doing injections either. Whilst all the local chemists are operating very well I can't see why our doctors are not helping the hospitals out more by seeing patients when necessary.
Absolutely dreadful. You have a wait on the telephone and getting to talk to a doctor is impossible. They are not seeing any patients. I think it’s disgusting that we have not had our surgery open now got nearly a year. Before it merged it was a brilliant surgery but I can’t say how disgusted I am. I really need to see a doctor but I know I won’t get an appointment.
Not great. Needed to be seen a few times but only getting telephone appointments. Not sure how they can diagnose anything properly for this that need seeing, such as back pain.
When our surgery was on its own we always had very good service when they had a new build and 3 practices joined together the service has been poor. 1st to get in contact or to see a doctor is more or less impossible. The phone system takes forever and whilst lockdown has been on the practice has been closed.
