"Just want to make an appointment"
Rubbish at giving appointments, it takes forever. They tell me I can't make an appointment over the phone or in person. They say I have to do it online. I just want to make an appointment.

I recently had blood tests done at the practice where three bottles of blood were taken. When I called to check my results, I was informed by reception that the hospital had lost all the samples and no results were available. I was told I would need to repeat the blood test. As an elderly patient with low iron, B12, and vitamin D levels, it is difficult for me to give blood frequently. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and delay in managing my health. I hope the practice reviews its processes to prevent this from happening again.
A lot better now there's a text based system. They send a code for a link and I book an appointment that way. I get a same day or next day appointment now. All the staff are good. It's better now you bypass the problematic reception staff as you don't have to call them anymore.
Very rude and unhelpful staff. It took me a week to get an appointment.
Lack of professionalism and staff are not trained properly. Communication is poor and they don't get back to you.
Terrible. They always tell you to go to A&E. Can't get appointments. It's awful to be honest.
It's a challenge to get an appointment and if you do, you see a new locum all the time.
Good as they give you urgent appointments and medication but frustrating how you have to travel so far to there.
I was asked to fill a form for my blood test results, and was told it would take few days and the surgery would ring me to come and collect the results. Whilst me filling this three page form, another patients requested for their results and was given the print out on the spot. It’s who you know at this surgery. I could go on how they were all covering up the whole incident and justifying.
There are long wait times to get an appointment with this service and wait times on the phone can also be long. They are clearly overwhelmed with the amount of patients they have.
I had a throat infection and was given antibiotics. They were helpful. My other GP referred me onto them. They saw me quickly and were helpful.
Very bad service delivery. No appointments at all and reception staff are very rude and unhelpful.
It's a hassle getting appointments. When you ring it is always busy but when you walk in they're sat there with drinks of tea. They've ordered uber eats and say it's a technical fault. They're rubbish
It's hard to get an appointment here too. It's out of the way and have to travel all of the way and often make an appointment there. It's so difficult to get any blood tests done. Its very difficult because they have two nurses who have to work between two surgeries.
Doctors are good but getting an appointment is a challenge. They keep on changing there appointment system app all the time.
Good, could be better. If you are in working system it's all gone. Can't access through phone call. Than I have to go to get appointments for myself and my dad.
I have not seen my GP for over two years, whenever I call the surgery there are no appointments available. I do not bother anymore. Thankfully I am pregnant now and my midwife deals with everything.
Poor care ,first you have to get past the receptionist (gate keeper) Even then no face to face in over 2 years .Then its locum after locum who are clueless with patients with lifelong health problems .
I tried calling on a number of occasions to make an appointment but whenever i do i either have to wait for an hour until someone picks up or when someone does there is never any appointments available.
I called recently to make an appointment and there wasnt any and the receptionist said to call the badger clinic after half six but when i did it said that it has been closed due to covid 19. Which meant that the receptionist lied to me. This has been a constant problem with this Gp and the receptionists are never helpful or nice. I am also told so many times to call at half 8 in the morning to get an appointment but everytime i have no one picks up until an hour later to say there are no appointments available. Its very frustrating trying to get an appointment with my GP now as it always feels impossible to get one.
I have severe osteoarthritis, I have to take strong pain relief 3 times a day most days . Which equates to 42 tablets a week. I was getting every month 100 which I just about managed with. 7 times in a row including this month I was given 40 and told if I needed more I had to buy them. I asked why and was told it was a cost cutting directive from CCG
Used to be really good. Use to have the same GP so had consistency and familiarity, now the GP has retired so we are seeing different doctors all the time. Telephone system is not very good, by the time I get through there are no appointments left. A positive is they have partnered with another GP so can now get Saturday appointments.
I've been registered here for years but I'm very unhappy with the service as of late. I have been referred to the wrong people. When I try to book an appointment even though allegedly the lines open at 9am it is still saying that the surgery is now closed even though it's after 9:05. You have to wait for weeks on end for an appointment. Recently when I did have an appointment I arrived to be told that it was cancelled but nobody had bothered to leave a voice message out of courtesy, resulting in me driving miles for an appointment that wasn't going ahead. Incompetence is an understatement. This morning I was told that I was number five in the queue and was on hold for over 45 mins still at number five in the queue before giving up. I selected one star as you can't choose zero
