Good I have no problem with them. Helpful and friendly very good.
Quick on referral to Sandwell hospital for X-ray. Doctor knows my son and his history. Receptionists are a problem, find it hard to get an appointments, even more so after lockdown. Daughter had issues with spine, waiting on referral. GP’s say to only discuss one thing but that’s locum GP.
Very satisfied, I am with his doctor for the last 5 years.
Most of the time when you go the shutter at the reception is down and they are speaking from behind which is not pleasant at all.

Usual wait for an appointment pre COVID is around 1 week. Dr can be temperamental, very understanding holistically, but not always the case unfortunately, as a Patient being comfortable with the GP aids conversation. A shame, because they have always been spot on with diagnosis.
Health check nurse was concerned about my high blood pressure.. when after a return check a week later the bllod pressure reading was still the same. the nurse told me to call my doctor the next day as a matter of urgency, the receptionist told me i do not need to see the doctor, and refused to make an appointment. i have not been able to see my doctor for over two years, as the same receptionist blocks appointments.
