"Alright but booking could be simpler"
They are alright. I can get appointments when I need them but you have to do it over the phone rather than going in which takes longer. The doctors are fine too. I was recently referred for physio and and x-ray and both were sorted within 3 weeks.
"Finding it a nightmare"
I find it difficult to get an appointment and when I do get one it's a locum. I find it an nightmare. I called them at just before 5:30PM and was told it was too early to try and get an appointment. Feels like a do it yourself service now with everything being online.
"Can be hard to see them but good"
They are good with dementia patients but getting to see them can be hard.

They're okay on the odd occasion I've used them. I went last year for an issue and was seen within a few days.

I went for blood tests and they arranged it quickly, it only took 3 minutes to take the blood and they followed up with results online the following week. It's very good.
"Still haven't heard anything"
I am happy with the service as a whole but I recently went in for a blood test which showed that I had low vitamin D levels. I was told I would be given a list of medications but my GP never called back with this list. It has now been more than 3-4 weeks since this blood test and I still haven't heard anything.

Good GP practice. I can get appointments with them. The staff are all good. The surgery is tidy and I don't wait too long.

New receptionist possibly or just happened to pick up the phone or doesn’t know the practice process very hard to understand - asked 3 times one particular question!

It's hard to get through on the phone. I can no longer order repeat prescriptions over the telephone. They have told me I have to do it in person or at the pharmacy. I've not had medication for about a week now. The system is confusing and they don't try and help me.
"Calling for 3 days to get an appointment"
When I call them to make an appointment, I have to wait some time and when I do get through, they say there are no more appointments. I had to call for 3 days to get an appointment. They say if I need an appointment urgently to go to the hospital or walk in centre.

Poor unable to get appointments . No follow up on my stroke . No regular check ups.

Medical staff are kind and understanding. Admin ladies are lovely.

I am with them since last 30 years. Very good surgery with good doctors. Only problem is booking an appointment, otherwise they are super.
