"Easy and quick to make appointments"
You can call them to get an appointment and you can get an appointment on the app. It is a quick process. When I go in, they listen to me.

I had a fever and my dad took me to the GP. She was not attentive, just told me to drink water, eat fruit and go home. They told my Dad to come back after 2 weeks, but the process to get another appointment, we didn't end up going back or get any treatment. This was in 2024.
I was there from 2006 and this year they told us we had to leave because we were out of area even though they know my son has various disabilities and had built up a rapport with one of the GPs. The way in which the practice manager and receptionist handled the situation was terrible. I felt like they were trying to get us out of the surgery.
Needed a test done. Gave a stool sample and they didn't test for the thing I wanted the test done for. Rang to try and the test done properly this time, said I'd already discussed this. The whole reason I wanted this test done was because I'd suffered Ill health to negligence and needed the test as proof. Six months of illness and more than likely now will not be compensated.
Really nice over the last 25 years. I get appointments quickly. The staff are nice.
No appointments at all. I call them 10 times and in the end you just see nurses.
Over the years I have received very good support and treatment from my GP. The staff are very helpful.
My GP has changed and I haven't met them yet.
It is easy to get an appointment and the GPs listen to you very carefully and try to help you.
Easy to get appointments and can be the same day or the next day. Depends what is is for.
You can't always get appointments. If you want to see a particular doctor you have to wait for a long time. Maybe 2 weeks. Others don't listen.
They could give earlier appointments as I called and my appointment wasn't for 5 days later. I know you can call for cancellations but they should offer it earlier. It can also be hard to get through to make an appointment or check for cancellations.
We had great treatment, care and experience with them. The staff are very helpful and provide excellent support and help when needed.
I've been with them for the last 20 years and the GP is amazing. Very helpful and supportive.
I was diagnosed with an illness 4 years ago and had to wait 7 years for an appointment at the hospital. But the GP did refer me at a time that was convenient to suit my personal needs. It's not good now, it's like price work, they need to take time with people.
Takes a while to get appointment, good doctors though.
My Daughter has several severe conditions. Her Doctors have said she is too complicated for them. We have been trying to get a repeat prescription that 2 of her consultants have said she should have. But her doctor still refuses to prescribe and she was told to go back to her consultant and get them to prescribe it for her. When we try and speak to the practise manager she refuses to speak to us and leaves her receptionist to reflect. Duty of care and management for my daughters health is not being met at this practise driven by the practise manager.
They're really good for my 4 year old too. If I don't call at 8am and need an appointment, they put him on the triage list, call to see what the issue is and then still ask for us to bring him in to see him face to face. I think they do this because they are children.
They're really good. If you call at 8am or 1pm you can get an appointment. I like to see the one GP and I always manage to see them.
They are good and supportive.
Good
I had problems with my very straightforward repeat prescription, which I have been receiving from them since registering over 5 years ago. I had to ring several times to sort it out, and my regular pharmacy had to give me a one-month emergency supply to see over the problem. There seemed to be no direct communication between the admin staff and doctor, and a failure to let me know what was happening despite promising to do so. It was such a major failure of a basic, essential service that I changed GP.
I had a particularly bad experience last October. I am in my 60s and live alone, but despite the fact that I had suddenly been struck by severe dizziness (akin to being on fairground ride) which rendered me unable to get up off the floor and caused me to vomit profusely every time I tried to stand. I contacted my GP they were not helpful at all.
One Dr is very arrogant. Looks down at you as though you are not human. Also has a very flippant attitude.
I am an arthritis patient and a pensioner. For last one year, I am not getting any support from my GP, no proper medicine and not even referral to ROH. They always give paracetamol only.
Been able to book appointments for my 8 years old at last minute, they have a chest problem. Plus every time service was speedy and I had positive experience with them. The medical team is very friendly and I love the way doctors treat my 8 years old. Very child friendly.
